had a leak which caused damage to both my bedroom carpet and garage ceiling and started to produce mold. nev and his team gave me a thorough quote which was very clear and nev explained everything to me perfectly. the work was done efficiently, on time and they even left my garage cleaner than it was before the work started!!! its just not the mold cleanup, accustar is able to see through your walls to see if there's any damage which is hidden and they also can do air quality tests to help keep your mind at ease. highly recommended and would 100% use them again.

I had hunch that I may have had a mold problem but I wasn't sure until Nev came in to do an inspection. He was very helpful and friendly. He found my problem and worked with me to get it fixed. I highly recommend his sevices. It was money well spent.

In October I discovered, to my horror, mould growing in the finished basement of a house I just purchased and moved into not 4 month earlier. I had purchased the house on the understanding that everything was solid and only one item needed to be looked after. Nothing came out about water entering the basement, so when it did and caused mould I was understandably pretty unhappy. Due diligence and talking with mould removal companies got me to Nev and the AccuStar team. Nev is one of the most honest, thorough, personable and careful professionals I've had the pleasure of working with in a long time, notwithstanding the horror show going on in my basement. The team did exactly what he said they would in the time allotted, and he also rolled his sleeves up and got to work. The levels of follow up, commitment, thoroughness, updates and communication have been excellent. And, unlike another company I had spoken with and didn't feel I could completely trust, AccuStar told me what I already suspected and had researched - that the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry could be saved. And it has been. Nev has even been good enough to leave key pieces of equipment running in the basement to help keep the humidity down and things dry. I even got a great referral from him for a waterproofing company, and they're just as excellent. Furthermore, the price quoted by Nev was not outrageous, and he is adamant that no more payments are due until the job is done and everything is the way we want it to be. It is extremely rare in this day and age to still find such a company - a jewel in the rough for sure. If you want the job done, get someone else. If you want the job done right, get AccuStar. Words cannot say how relieved I am to have had Accu- Star handle the mold removal in my home. In particular, Mr. Nev Budhwa. He is THE most professional, caring, and honest tradesperson I have ever met in my entire life. This is an authentic no nonsense review... He was a total God send in an extremely difficult time, when I was desperate for help. His employees were also outstanding, professional and went above and beyond to get things done correctly.
