    Roof Pro Plus roof replacement due to wind damage.

    Our home in Stouffville suffered wind damage in May, 2018. I started calling a number of roofers around but they were all too busy won't even pick up the phone never mind coming out to do the estimate. Dean came out right away, did the estimate, gave us a competitive price and we waited. There were people in the line up ahead of us and almost every other house suffered wind damage. It was worth the wait. Dean and his team were professionals. They did a good job and good workmanship. My roof stands out in my street. Me and my family are happy with the outcome. Thanks Roof Pro Plus. We can count on you. You did 100% the required work as stated on the quote!

    Kept my deposit

    Entered into agreement and paid a $500.00 deposit to the company. Our situation changed and we decided to not move forward with the roof project. After no less than 10 phone calls to the company, I was finally told that the deposit is non-refundable although there is no mention of this anywhere on the contract.

    While we are aware you were disappointed that your deposit was non refundable, we did share this with you on three separate occasions as soon as you advised us that your situation changed and you requested the return of your deposit. We did confirm to you that it will be kept on file as a credit should you reconsider your roofing needs. I can only assume that the extra calls were that you did not like the answer given, unfortunately your circumstances changed.

    Re-shingled roof

    We did have some issues arise the day the job was being done. But the true test of a good company is when things don't necessarily go according to plan. Roofpro's 100% Guarantee was tested and Chad with Roof Pro Plus came through for us.

    New Roof

    We had wind damage to our roof on a new build during the windstorm and Dean came to the rescue.Most roofers would not even answer their phones that week.He came and assessed the damage and suggested options.This was a new build but work was not done to a good standard and shingles were poor quality.He helped me to deal with insurance process and we were able to get new shingles,underlying materials and proper vents.Guarantees for all products.His team with roofer Gil worked through the hot humid days and even the weekend to finish.They were polite and cleaned up everyday before they left and my landscaping I just had done was undamaged.We are confident the work was done to a high standard.

    Repair job

    Hello Kelly was very professional in handling my requirement to repair my roof as a result of a recent wind storm. I received fast and efficient work from John who actually did the job. I would recommend using these guys for your roofing needs. Sam

    New shingles, skylights.

    I'm very pleased with the quality of the building materials, the workmanship & the warranty. The roofing crew arrived early in the morning & got right to it, only taking a lunch break during the day. They were finished by early evening after cleaning up. A big thank you to roofing consultant Tim Cragg. It was a pleasure working with you to see this job to it's end. I would highly recommend Roof Pro Plus.

    Roofing

    My roof need some repairs after wind storm. Company agreed to come and assess the damage. I took a day off, but No one showed up. Rep on the phone said that I called and cancelled appointment. Which is not true. Perhaps, they do a good job on the roof. But defenetly need some improvement with booking system.

    Pavel, we are disappointed that you have chosen to write this review, and at this point feel the need to clarify and share information to our potential clients, You originally called us on May 16th in a panic to schedule emergency measures (water-tighting after the storm) which we accommodated then you cancelled that appointment at the last second stating you got someone else to do the work. (meanwhile we turned desperate people away to keep our committment to you). Then you called in and booked another appointment for us to give you a repair as you were not comfortable with the Company that water-tighted your roof and then that appointment was cancelled. I shared this information with you on Friday morning and you hung up the phone on me. If the second cancellation was somehow misunderstood we certainly apologize for that but let's keep it real please......kindest regards Jan, President and I was the rep on the phone....:)

    Roof reshingling and aluminum

    Dean and the team at Roof Pro + did a very professional job on our roof. They were courteous throughout the process and left the site clean. I would highly recommend them.

    Roof Repair after windstorm

    The service provided by Roof Pro Home Improvements can only be described as exemplary, from the initial contact to completion of the work. All aspects of this company, from the Office staff to the sales manager to the roofer was excellent, helpful, and honest.     Roofing

    Our home had some previous shingle and water damage from aging and with the wind storm in May we had a friend refer us to Roof Pro plus. The Estimator Tim came during an extremely busy schedule and gave a thorough assessment on the condition of our roof and attic and detailed info on the products of use, cost and time. Tim also took time out of his very busy schedule to temporary repair our roof before the job started which we extremely appreciated. Then the roofing company came to the job on time and was quick and courteous and detailed with the installation and clean up. Overall we were extremely satisfied the roof job upon completion and would highly recommend Roof Pro Plus to anyone needing roofing work done. Thank you so much !
