We've had our refrigerator for about 14 years and noticed some water accumulation at the bottom of the freezer. Pro Appliance set up an appointment right away and the senior technician, Matthew, contacted us when he was on his way. Matthew was extremely professional, efficient and honest. He explained that the appliance was clogged with dust and required a new drain pipe. He showed me exactly what was going on and explained that we should clean out the dust every 1 to 2 years or call Pro Appliance to do it. I feel comfortable and confident that we made the right choice with Pro Appliance and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.Answer from pro:

This was the first time I had to call for a repair as the dryer stopped heating. The repair service diagnosed the problem but couldn't fix it because the part was no longer available. He recommended a colleague to purchase a new dryer who turned out to be excellent in installing and recommending the type of dryer for me to purchase as I have an older home and a narrow staircase to navigate.Answer from pro:
