    GE Washing Machine repair

    The repair tech Matthew assessed the problem my washing machine was having and had it repaired quickly. I would highly recommend Pro Appliance for your appliance repairs.

    This company is awesome. It is a 10 star rated company. Staffs are very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Their honest and friendly advice add more value to this company. They know exactly what they are doing and what they are saying. Mathiew did a great job without leaving any mess behind. Thank you

    Trust worthy with a excellent skill!

    Our Kenmore washing machine after 15 years later , staring to leak water ,according to Mathews diagnosed drum had a crack . So turn out we have to buy a new washing machine through pro Appliance. Nash helped us through the process. Not only we get a good price, as well as the excellent service.

    repair

    Carol was a delight to deal with - very helpful, good-humoured, hard-working. But I had a rather different experience than did others dealing with Matthew. I didn't doubt his expertise re my cooktop problem- I was confident in his advice - but he charged a second appliance fee just to show me how to use the digital display on my fridge (it took a minute or two) and insisted, according to Carol, that I pay for a second service call to measure before a new stove-top could be ordered. With a 3rd call to install. I had no trouble finding a company that could assist without that additional call.

    Dear Cathy, Thank you for your comments. Our service fee schedules and policies are quite standard across the industry and we hope our response will assist in better understanding them and addresses any concerns. We strive to provide transparent pricing and excellent service. A service call is charged for every scheduled appointment and includes the technician's travel to your location and 10-15 minutes of diagnostic time to assess the issue and provide you with a recommended course of action. Any additional diagnostic time is charged at an hourly rate. Matthew spent 45 minutes diagnosing the issue. Additional time he did not charge for. This diagnostic fee is charged on a per appliance basis. Because he was already on site the technician offered a discounted rate to look at the second appliance. Although re-setting the digital display may have seemed to have been a quick fix there was an underlying issue that was causing the display to lock which took more than ‘a minute or two’ to repair. Finally, let us address the fee charged when a technician is called back to take measurements for new appliances. As is our policy, this fee is credited towards the purchase of the new appliance. We apologize if this was not fully understood at the time. We hope this provides you with a better understanding of our service call fees.

    Three Appliances - Repair

    Matthew.Thank you for replacing the bake element and adjusting the oven doornow the heat is not escaping, the door closes and we can use our oven again! Also want to thank you for your prompt service, repair and expert knowledge of all three appliance repairsMaytag dryer, KitchenAid stove and fridge! Carols customer service was also excellent. Highly recommend Matthew and ProAppliance!

    Service on refrigerator

    The refrigerator was not getting cold, it was determined that it was not worth repairing due to the age of the applicance.

    LG Clothes Dryer

    So my dryer was making a thumping noise so I went to HomeStars and I got a call from Pro Appliance that afternoon from Carol after my morning request. The next day Matthew came to the house for the assessment / diagnose of the problem. He said most likely the front bearing the idler and the belt might would need to be replaced and possibly the rear bearings as well. He called back about 2 days later and quoted the front assembly and if required the additional cost for the rear bearings. I gave the go ahead based of the pricing and he said he would call for an appointment for the installation once the parts came in. So I got a call this past Thursday and Monday on time Matthew showed up. I watched him disassemble the dryer and was ever so thankful I was not doing the work. I have watched many a YouTube Do It Yourself repair and this was a daunting task. Matthew is focused and works quickly but not carelessly. Within an hour and a half the dryer was taken apart repaired and fully functional, working like new. He did not need to do the rear bearings or replace the conveyer belt so He took the part and labour off the bill. Very Satisified.

    LG washer

    Motor broke on a LG washers . Still under warranty LGs repair service wanted to charge us $700 for parts and labor even though it was sill under warranty. Mathew at Pro Appliance saved us over $300 to replace the motor. Call them first before dealing with manufacturers.

    Dishwasher repair

    Thank you again Matthew for an amazing repair. Our dishwasher worked & stopped mid cycle. I needed Matthew again & as prior was extremely satisfied. Matthew diagosed the problem very quickly. He said that dishwasher was not draining properly. He gave us a quote. He ordered the parts & was back within the week. What amazed us, after installing one part, he said it was working fine & he did not have to change the others, (which were hoses). He reduced the cost by $140. How many would do that when they had the parts with them. The dishwasher is working great. Thank you also to Carol, who is so pleasant on the phone. We need more people like Matthew & Carol. No doubt, I will definitely use Pro Appliances in the future.

    dryer

    Matthew was incredible, fixed the problem in no time. explained everything and was so efficient. I would highly recommend Pro Appliance Ltd for any home appliance repairs you might need. I will definitely call them again when repairs are needed and recommend this company to any of my friends who are in need of appliance repairs. Thank you Matthew and thank you Pro Appliance Ltd
