    Washing machine repair

    This is the 2nd time I have used Pro Appliance. In addition to keeping to scheduled appointments. The issues were explained and options explained. This last time that I used Pro Appliance - they were able to quickly (same day) respond to my changing schedule and managed to fit my repair in that day which was great!

    dishwasher leaking

    progressively worse leaking from below caused me to call in Matthew. He found a broken hose connection and replaced it. unfortunately the leaking started up again after 1 successful use. When Matthew returned, he found more damage and advised that it would cost more to fix than it would to replace. He removed the new piece and arranged for the part's cost to be rebated.

    Stove handle re-attachment

    Our stove handle came off just before Xmas. Technician Matt came out. We were told the part to correct the problem was undetermined and he required G.E engineering to assist. He advised he had consulted with another colleague and the appropriate people at G.E were emailed. I suggested to Matt that perhaps taking apart the stove door and looking for the piece that we were sure had fallen inside was a possible solution. He advised of cost and I accepted. He gave some long winded explanation about not doing that. I accepted that answer. A week later I got a call back from him to say that they still had no response from g.e. I again suggested just opening the stove up. He again said he danced all around not doing that. Another week and a half passes and I call for a status. Again their is apparently no response from the engineering group. For the last time I state I would pay for the door to be opened up. It was ignored. He said he would call back once he heard from engineers. I am still waiting. In the meantime, I contacted Modern Appliance who have me the same explanation regarding needing to consult for parts. A response from the engineers came within a day. The problem was corrected in one week. And guess what. The part had fallen inside the door which was taken apart with no resistance. Consider this a notice that you don't need to bother calling me back. Not that I expected it. Never again.

Please note that both our suppliers and the appropriate management levels at GE have been notified of this situation and have assured us that the issue has been addressed with their engineering team. We have asked them to extend a personal apology to you, our valued customer. Please understand that every effort was made to have the repair completed as expeditiously and as economically as possible. Industry standards and protocols in addressing this repair issue were followed, as confirmed by other professionals in the field who suggested the same course of action to you in repairing your stove as our technician did initially. As our technician explained, removing the door without first waiting to hear from the manufacturer, could have caused further damage and resulted in an unnecessary expense; concerns that are paramount in our delivery of the highest standards of customer service. Again we extend our sincerest apologies for what we appreciate was a very frustrating customer experience.

    Dishwasher repair

    Our dishwasher randomly stopped working and my highly non-technical husband and non-technical self couldn't figure out why. Matt came over and took a look and found the culprit: a wayward fork. Thanks to him, we now have a fully functional dishwasher again! Matt was extremely personable and very knowledgeable. He was able to give me a few pointers about how to make our dishwasher more efficient and all-around awesome. I would totally use this company again.

    Broken Stacked Washer/Dryer?

    My washer stopped right before the rinse cycle and wouldn't start any cold cycles. I researched online and tried to fix it myself, didn't work. Instead of spending more money trying to fix it myself, I called Pro Appliance and they fixed it. Service was great and they are very friendly and knowledgable. Best of all they arrive when they say they will. BIG PLUS. Will definitely use again!

    Oven repair

    Our Kitchen Aid oven stopped working. On the recommendation of a friend I called PRO Appliance. I was thrilled that following the intake call I managed to schedule a service visit the next day. The technician (Matthew) showed up promptly and was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the part on the spot!! I would highly recommend Pro Appliance for your appliance repair needs if you are looking for honest, professional and reliable service. Overall a fantastic experience.

    Refrigerator Whirlpool

    In November 2013, my refrigerator stopped working. After contacting Pro Appliance, I received a phone call as they promised and the repairman showed up when agreed. The individual was professional and courteous, he presented me with a few options and the fridge now works like new. Thanks for the great service. If I have any other problems with my refrigerator, or any other appliance, I will be sure to contact Pro Appliance. I would also recommend this company.

    Dishwasher repair

    I needed a repair to a 30 year old dishwasher and Pro Alliance came quickly and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them - they are honest, prompt, professional, highly capable and their rates are excellent.

    Washer, Sub Zero, Thermador

    Pro Appliance is great, I deal with Mathew each time and he is very professional, thorough and fast at getting to the root of problem and resolving it. I definitely have referred Mathew and Pro Appliance, great work!

    Washing machine

    I was very pleased once again with the service I received from Pro Appliance (Matthew). I have used their services a few times in the last decade and always with the same results. On time and extremely efficient, reasonable rates and honest work. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
