    oven repair

    Matthew came highly recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed. He came the same day I called and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was courteous and neat (even sweeping up behind my oven!) and quoted a price for the job once the part I needed would come in. As promised, he returned a few days later to complete the job. This was done quickly and competently, and the final price for the job ended up being less than the original quote. Matthew's honesty was very much appreciated. I would definitely call him again and have already recommended him to others.

    dishwasher & washing machine

    washer repair

    Matthew has serviced my appliances for more than 10 years. He is helpful and courteous and informative. He can come out quickly and makes extra effort knowing it is hard to run a household with kids when any appliance is not working. His repairs make economic sense and his advice is really useful. I do recommend Pro Appliance to friends.

    Oven Repair

    Oven completely stopped working. Matthew came by within 2 hours of my call, and fixed it quickly and explained everything fully. Very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Definitely Recommended!

    Dishwasher would not run

    Small problem with nearly new dishwasher. Found a small piece of plastic that slipped by the filter and done. Not much experience with this kind of thing, but seemed a little pricey.

    replace oven element on stove

    I phoned Pro Appliance when the lower oven element on the range stopped working. I was amazed when Matthew (their head technician) arrived at the door less than 1.5 hours later! He checked out the wiring etc. and replaced the element (which he had in his van) and was finished in no time flat (under half an hour). Matthew was very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I would most certainly recommend Pro Appliance to anyone in need of appliance servicing.

    dryer repair

    When my dryer broke down I contacted Pro Appliance who I had used before. Matthew came the next day, diagnosed the problem and had the parts on hand to make the repair on the spot. He also did some preventative maintenance. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

    fix oven

    i've used Matthew from Pro Appliance four times now, for my dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and oven. Everytime he has been very pleasant, efficient and has succesfully fixed the problem. Would very highly recommmed him!

    Maytag washing machine

    When our washing machine stopped working last weekend we thought we would have to replace it. A friend suggested we call Pro Appliance to see if it could be repaired. Matthew came the next day. He was punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed the machine on site. We are so happy we did not run out to replace our washing machine. I would definitely recommend ProAppliance.

    Repair od Dacor Stove Top switch, Fan replaced in Amana Fridge and light bulbs replaced in Dacor oven

    I have used Pro Appliance for over 20 years for my washing machine, dryer, cook top, stove and fridge. Matthew is the heart of the company. He is professional, courteous, highly skilled, and a perfectionist. I appreciate the company's fair and ethical pricing, and service. Matthew is the reason I use this company.
