    Sub-Zero Fridge Repair

    Great experience with this firm! Our Sub-Zero fridge over heated and stopped working. Joanne from the office called us back within 30 minutes and later that day technician Matthew arrived. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Not only did he manage to get the fridge running again until he repaired it permanently the next day, he offered great tips to keep our Sub-Zero running well for years to come. Great, quick, helpful and reasonably priced service.

    Service Call

    Washer started leaking. Called Pro Appliance, explained situation and instantly the technician was able to diagnose the problem. He said he would order the necessary parts and the next he could come by. When the technician arrived, he was professional, courteous, and quick. What surprised me was how after all the work was done he cleaned up after himself, and the area was left as it was before he arrived. I've already recommended them to family and friends, so I will definitely call Pro-appliance again should I need to, lets hope I don't.

    Appliance repair

    My oven stopped working and I went to the Homestars web site to find a repair company. I called 3 or 4 companies that had good reviews and the first 2 companies I spoke to told me that they didn't service my area. Finally I spoke to someone from Pro Appliance and set up an appointment which was in a couple of days . On the day of the appointment the service man did arrive on time and I found him to be friendly and professional. He quickly figured out what the problem was and fortunately had the part that was required in his truck. The whole job was done in about 40 minutes. The cost of the repair I felt was reasonable particularly because my appliance was fixed and I didn't have to deal any longer with that problem. If you have an appliance that needs to be repaired, I would definitely recommend this company.

    Washing Machine

    I called Pro Appliance, and within 24 hrs, Matthew came in and diagnosed and fixed my Whirlpool washing machine. He was clean, courteous, and spoke to me so I could understand the dynamics of my machine. Made some suggestions with what I could do so that my Whirlpool could last longer, which was very helpful. Thank Pro-Appliance! Highly recommend!!!!!!

    dryer tune up

    The repair man was on time (actually a bit early), fast, and he fixed problem. The cost seemed more money than i was expecting. Also, the cost wasn't itemized or explained to me.

    Dishwasher

    Once again I have had a very positive experience with Pro Appliance. From the first call to the finished job I’ve never been disappointed. The technician (Matthew) came in reviewed the problem explained all of my options and allowed me to make the best choice for me. As long as they continue to give above and beyond service, I’ll always be a customer

    Fridge not cold

    Notice the fridge is not cold like room temperature. Looked up Homestars to look for a reliable company to repair the fridge. Found Pro Appliance and called. Matthew called me back in a few hours and arrived in about 20 mins. Fix the fridge, replace the defrost timer and sensor. Matthew was very nice and the fridge was fixed within the hour. Hope the fridge will last for another few years.

    Stove Repair

    I would highly recomment Pro Appliance services. I contacted them regarding an issue with my stove and had a service man show up within 24 hours (unlike one of the top rated companies who never returned my call). Matthew was very friendly, approachable and took the time to fully explain the problem with our appliance. He was also prompt in returning any follow up calls I had and was able to repair the problem at a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Pro Appliance again should the need arise!

    GE Front load Washer

    Our washer started leaking on a Saturday evening. We contacted Pro Appliance that same evening and our part was ordered by Monday afternoon. Matthew attended our house and fixed the problem that same Monday. He was punctual, efficient, courteous and affordable.We would highly recommend this company to anyone. A+ service.

    Washing Machine Repair

    Called 3 companies on Saturday morning and Pro Appliance was the only one to return my call that day. Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 8:30am. Technician arrived at 8:25am and the repair was completed promptly by 8:45am. Will definitely use them again.
