    GE Profile Fridge

    Matthew and Pro Appliance are great! He diagnosed the problem in minutes, ordered the correct part, and installed it quickly without problems....at less than the anticipated cost. I'm thrilled to have my ice maker and water working for the first time in years. Highly recommend both Matthew and Pro Appliance.

    Wahing Machine Repair

    Reliable and reasonably priced! This is the second time I've used this company and I wouldn't use anyone else. My washing machine was leaking water and had this terrible smell. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days and the technician was able to repair my washing machine on the spot. Very satisfied with this company. I'd recommend them to anyone who asked!

    Refridgerator

    Over the years, Pro Appliance has lived up to our expectations at all times. From initial contact with the courteous office staff to the prompt, knowledgeable service tech., it has been a delight to deal with this company. Most recently we had an issue with the kitchen refrigerator. It was serviced by Matthew. As always, he was professional and knowledgeable. His assessment of the problem and conservative approach to the solution also benefited us financially.

    Kitchenaid Electric Stove Repair

    I called to get my electric stove fixed after it stopped working. I called at 10:00, by 11:30 Matthew was here, and by 1:00 I had a working stove. And probably an hour of that time was him fixing the harm I did trying to handle it myself (I'll call first next time, believe me!). What more could you ask for?

    Washing machine service call

    We "inherited" our washer and dryer when we bought our home nearly 5 years ago. Luckily, the previous owners had received service from Pro Appliance so when we needed service, we knew who to call. We've had two visits and were very satisfied with the technician's professionalism, courtesy, and understanding of our needs. He provided options that helped to save us money in the long run. We will definitely call Pro Appliance whenever the need arises...although we hope it won't be any time soon :)

    Washing Machine repair

    Matthew was terrific, as before. He arrived on time, was very helpful and fixed our problem fast (he seemed to know what it was from our telephone conversation). He was informative with questions on new products. We will certainly use this company again, should the need arise.

    GE Profile fridge

    Matthew arrived on time and determined the problem with our fridge quickly. He replaced the part on the spot and gave specific instructions as to how long to let the fridge set, etc. This is the second time we have used Matthew's services and he is reliable and terrific!

    Fridge Repair

    Matthew was Reliable, Knowledgeable and had excellent workmanship. He knew right away what the problem was, corrected it and gave me some helpful hints. I would recommend Pro Appliance to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

    Samsung Dryer

    Matthew arrived on time and after I walked him through the symptoms and troubleshooting I had done, zeroed in on a defective sensor. He verified that he had the part in the van, which he did and then quickly replaced the part. The dryer has been working as expected ever since. Very friendly and professional service.

    Kitchen Aid Fridge/Freezer

    Matthew was great! Service was excellent. Called regarding the issue, and received same day service! I am very pleased! My freezer/fridge is working again. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!
