    Maytag Front-Loading Washer

    A bearing problem with my Maytag Front-Loading washer prompted a call for service. Matthew returned my call within a few minutes and arranged to be at my house within approximately one hour. He was as good as his word. He diagnosed the problem, answered my questions, and we decided upon an appropriate repair plan.

    stove

    Matthew has repaired a number of my appliances. He has always been very professional, courteous, and honest. I have full confidence in his work. When he came to fix my stove, he took the time to give me advice on my new fridge that had developed a problem.

    Maytag washing machine

    Would like to thank Matthew for trying to fix my washing machine.After 18 yrs of much use and abuse we finally couldn't fix it anymore. With Matthews recommendation and much disappointment I had to say good bye to my washing machine. Just didn't make sense to repair and Matthew gave me great knowledge of other washing machines to go out and look at. I thank him for his honesty and over the years for fixing only what was needed on both my washer and dryer. Again thanks Matthew

    REPLACE OVEN GLASS

    I have a Kitchen Aid Oven and the interior glass broke and I was referred to Matthew at Pro Appliance. I am so happy with their service! The office is very professional and Matthew came right away and replaced the glass in a matter of days. He also cleaned the remaining 2 panes of glass (I'm told there are 3 panes of glass on my oven door) and it was sparkling clean. I would definitely recommend Pro Appliance to anyone. Thanks Matthew!!

    GE Dishwasher & Kenmore Washer

    I am a repeat customer and have told other that pro appliances are honest, fare, timely and get the job done right. I've used then twice on my dishwasher & twice on my washing machine. Honest regarding whether to repair or just get a new one.

    MayTag drainage issue

    the worker came on time, fixed the problem, and explained what to do if this problem ever happend in the future; it was a pleasure doing bussiness with this company

    Fixed my dishwasher

    Our dishwasher machine was not working. The lights on the panel were flashing. Matthew from Pro Appliance came to our house on time and fixed our dishwasher promptly. He gave us a lot of good advice on how to best use our dishwasher to maximize its longevity. We were very impressed with the quality of the service. We would highly recommend Matthew to all of our friends.

    Maytag Oven

    Thought I was having problems with my Maytag oven. Didn't quite seem to be turning on very quickly. Contacted Pro Appliance, who were the only repair company that returned my e-mail/call. Mathew came out and inspected my oven and concluded that it was operating within spec. Paid for the service call and everything is okay. Any other company would have given me a list of repairs but not Pro Appliance. I will DEFINITELY use their service in the future!

    Washing Machine not emptying

    Pro Appliance repaired my 21 year old washing machine in April of this year. It had been leaking water at that time (I posted a review of this visit). This was a different problem - right in the middle of washing a load, the machine wouldn't spin and drain. I called Pro Appliance to assess the problem. The gentleman (sorry, I forget his name) knew right away that the lid switch assembly needed replacing. He had the parts with him and did the replacement very quickly. Since I have had 2 different repairs on this machine this year I asked him if the machine needed replacing. He told me that the machine I have is a good machine and I shouldn't need a new one just yet. Pro Appliance called before he arrived, arrived when he said he would, quickly found the problem and fixed it. I haven't had any problems since that day. He also removed the old parts and cleaned up the work area. Thanks Pro Appliance!

    Kitchen Aid Dishwasher

    Mathew was punctual, called 15 minutes before he arrived. Diagnosis was clearly explained and detailed - matched my research and expectations. Answered all my questions clearly and completely without any pressure to commit. Fast, for a major repair. Kept me informed of every step of the repair. Conscientious - cleaned up the area afterwards. Informative - gave helpful tips about dishwasher. Polite and friendly throughout.
