    Gas stove repair

    The repair person was very knowledgeable, honest and professional. My call was returned immediately and the repairman was punctual. I would definately call them again and I would recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repair of any kind. It is refreshing to have reliable service.

    Gas Stove repair

    I have multiple homes in the GTA and I always call on Pro Appliance to do my repairs. When you have as many tenants as we do and the number of Dryers, Washers, Dish Washers, Fridges or Stoves, to maintain it is nice to have a company you can trust and rely on like Pro Appliance. They are quick, professional and very reasonable when it comes to pricing. I have used their service for over 5 years and am very satisfied. Daniel

    Freezer Repair

    Like all modern applianices our freezer which was relatively new (2 years old) was not freezing the way it should. We tried all kinds of things and we were left with no choice but to call a repair company. Pro Appliance which we have used to repair our frig, washer and dryer and our stove in the past came to the rescue. With a little testing and a free return call to install parts, which just took a couple of days to order, the serviceman repair the freezer in less than 30 minutes. I am very greatful becuase my almost new appliance does not have to be replaced and the repair was less expensive than having to buy a new freezer. Thank you Pro Appliance, I would recommend you highly. Keep up the good service.

    my washwer was not working

    hi mathew is ultimate service i know mathew a long time i trustn him he cimes quickly and also fixes my problem his great person too thanks so much regars cathy vozza

    Service to Kitchen Aid Oven and Cooktop

    I required service to my oven and cooktop. Proappliance was quick at responding to my call. The service man, Matthew, very helpful and informed. Service was completed quickly and parts arrived in the timeline stated. The cost of service was reasonable. Customer service is very important to this company and they try hard to please their customers.

    Dishwasher repair

    Great service, on time professional and fast. Highly recommend this company and their technician Matthew . Matthew was very friendly and put up with my two dogs who can sometimes be very nosy around strangers in the house. He explained everything that was being fixed.

    laundry machine was broken

    The agitator on the laundry machine was not spinning so my husband found Pro Appliance on the internet. The serviceman called 20 minutes before he was arriving at the house. He was very professional and seem honest. He turned on the laundry machine and quickly diagnosed the problem. It took him about 10 minutes to diagnose and replace the faulty part. The total visit took about 15 minutes. Now my laundry machine is running like new again. We are pleased that it was worthwhile to fix the laundry machine than to replace the machine.

    repair the oven of an electric range

    The oven of my Maytag electric range would not heat. When I tried to preheat the oven, a digital error number read-out appeared where the oven temperature should be. I called Pro Appliance, made an appointment and told them the problem. I not only received same day service but the service man also arrived on time. He already knew what the problem was because of the error number. He pressed a few buttons on the dial and immediately the oven worked. He could have told me any number of things were wrong, and charged me accordingly. I honestly wouldn't have known the difference. But he was able to correct the problem easily, and charged me only for the service call. Service was quick, efficient, friendly, and the cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Appliance.

    Maytag Dryer Repair

    My Maytag dryer was sqealing evrytime a load would go in. I called for repairs and Mathew came out to look at it, He was on time and had it repiared within a 1/2 hour, He was clean and proffesional. and gave me some advice to prevent other costly repairs. Great service.

    Repaired our Oven

    Matthew has been to the house before to repair our refrigerator. He was professional and efficient and came when he said he would. So it was no different this time when he came to repair our oven to replace the ignitor. We were very pleased with the work and will use Pro Appliance again in the future.
