    Repairs to Sub Zero Refrigerator

    Very pleased with the entire repair process. Showed up exactly at the time booked. Assessed the situation within about 10 minutes. Showed up the following day with the required part at exactly the time booked. Repaired the refrigerator within 1/2 hour. Explained proper maintenace procedures. Very professional and I will recommend this company to anyone.

    Leaky disheasher

    Matthew was very pleasant,punctual and informative and knowledgable. He addressed my concerns, and gave me options and helpful advice and solutions. I will always use pro appliance, from now on. Thanks

    dishwasher,wheel on the top rack

    I want to express my complete satisfaction and appreciation for the services provided by Pro-Appliance Limited on May 18 and May 24, 2012.     built in oven door was hard to open

    I had problems with my built in oven door . Matthew came over and ordered a part for me. He said it would take two weeks which it did installed the part and it now works perfectly.Thank you Matthew for being so efficient. Matthew is probably the first person who told me a part would take two weeks and it really did. I would only use pro appliances in the future and I would always ask for Matthew.

    Sub-zero Refrigerator

    I've been using the services of Pro Appliance for several years. I find Matthew to be efficient and honest. I try recommending the company to several friends and relatives, unfortunately they do not live in locations that Pro Appliance service.

    Dishwasher Repair

    We have a dishwasher that is less than 3 years old that stopped draining all of a sudden. Mathew from Pro Appliance came in and diagnosed the problem quickly and had it repaired and up and running in no time. His level of professionalism and care for the customer was clearly exhibited making us feel confident and in good hands. The price was exactly like he quoted and had the work finished in less than an hour. We would highly recommend Mathew and the people from Pro Appliance.

    dishwasher installation

    Purchased new dishwasher to replace 20 year one Mathew from pro appliance was honest with his pricing although the removal of the old one proved to be a challenge for him

    gas stove wasnt working

    my stove was working, called in at 9 am done by 1pm excellent service, great timing, work done very well, matthiew was great, i would reccomend this company and service to anyone thanks

    Dishwasher

    I had a problem with my dishwasher and was nervous about finding an honest repair man. Booking was super easy and he even called to let me know he was on his way. The issue was not big at all - he fixed it. The repairman was polite and courteous. Would definetely use again.

    GE Fridge .. FIXED :)

    I was referred Matthew by a friend of mine who used him in the past and considered him to an above average repair man. My fridge was leaking water from the bottom every couple days and was also making a noise which had me thinking my fridge was on the outs. After I called Pro Appliance, Matthew had come over and started to have a look at my fridge and said, with a couple minor fixes this fridge will be running for years to come. He took took the panel panel apart and made some minor adjustments and also showed me where to ensure that fridge is kept clean to ensure proper venting of the unit. The noise was gone and the water stopped leaking. It's not often you come across an honest repair and I wanted to make sure everyone knew the great level of service provided. I am not part of the Pro appliance fan club and only refer him to anyone that asks.
