    Double Wall Oven repair

    Matthew tried to fix the problem as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. Unfortunately, he has to order new parts from the States so we are currently waiting for those to arrive. I appreciate Matthew's honesty and professionalism.

    Kitchem

    Matthew was very efficient, did only what was neccessary and advised me how to prevent the problem from recurring, to help avoid future expenses and inconvenience. I would not hesitate to contact Pro Appliance for any service to my appliances.

    subzero fridge repair

    Matthew is a very personalble and knowledgble person. I have had several appliances repair and he has never steered me wrong. Pro-Appliance conducts its self in a very professional manner and their response time is fantastic.. All I can say is that they have never let me down in service and in price...I recommend them to everyone...

    Many projects over the last several years...

    We recently had our fridge serviced and once again Pro Appliance did a great job. Honest, integral, prompt, great follow up and excellent repair jobs. We are moving from the area and will certainly be recommending Pro to the new owners of our home. Thanks for all your years great service!

    Dryer repair

    Great friendly and timely service. We have used them several times and will continue to do so. They were always on time and always cleaned up after they left. We also had a choice of payment methods.

    Leaking Washing machine

    Accidentally damaged the boot liner when a jacket got caught. Called Pro-Appliance through a referral from another company on homestars. Matt came and diagnosed the problem. He Gave me options and time to decide. The part we needed was on backorder from the manufacturer so had to wait. I had the pros and cons of our decision explained and decided to go forward with the repair. Matt came back and fixed the problem in less time than expected and below the estimated cost.

    washing machine issue

    Loud bagging noise when spinning. Repairman was efficient, knowledgable and honest. He determined there was no issue just what I had placed in the washer. He did repair a slight issue with the vent. This is the second time I've used Pro Appliance and both were good experiences and I would highly recommend them.

    dishwasher malfunction

    Te service was great and efficient. The service person showed up on time and had great knowledge of the work, gave more tips on the maintanance of the washing machine.

    JennAir Cooktop Element

    It was a pleasure in dealing with both Pro Appliance and their senior technician, Matt. Not only were they both responsive and punctual, but their fee was competitive as well.

    Repair of dishwasher and washing machine

    Pro appliance responded quickly to my call and sent Matthew out to my home. My dishwasher was broken and the washing machine was leaking. During the first visit he evaluated both appliances and fixed the washing machine that day. The dish washer required a bigger part. That same day, Pro Appliance called me with the price of the part. Matthew returned with the part within days and fixed the dishwasher. He was very polite, friendly, and cleaned up the work area when he was finished. He seemed very knowledgable and gave me tips to help my appliances run better. I will definitely use them again in the future.
