    Camera Inspection

    Requested a camera inspection for peace of mind. Timely response and had someone out within a day. The cost estimates were provided up front and a chance to confirm again on site before the work was done. There were no surprises and the results were what we were looking for. Fantastic work by Paul. He was very friendly, polite and thorough. He took time to explain and walk through the layout and expectations for normal operating conditions. He provided the video and picture captures and provided a written summary. Excellent service.

    Mr. Rooter is the BEST!

    Over the past few years I've used Mr. Rooter and this is the 2nd time in two weeks. I have 2 rentals in my house and there was an issue with the plumbing under the bathroom sink. They arrive on time, repair properly, keep us informed, etc.

    Kitchen sink replacement,job well done.

    We are really satisfied of the work, Kevin the technician was really working with professionalism, he had answered all the questions we had asked him related to the job. The price was right.

    Semi-detached homes with combined, blocked kitchen sinks

    An Excellent diagnostic, identification and resolution process followed by plumber William Culleton, in locating access to combined kitchen stack and clearing blockage beneath finished wall. Highly professional work ethic and much appreciated...Thank you

    Great service

    I had an appointment between 8-10 am and Kevin was in my house at 8;45 am ! Very surprised . Ms rooter Kevin had everything, nice personality, punctual and a great plumber,very happy with my service

    Unclogging the toilet

    I have never written any review before, but the job of Jeff today encourages me to write this review. My toilet had been clogged for one day. I tried but impossible. I called him, and he came after few hours. He checked and solved the problem just 5 minutes, and charged me nothing. Thank you, Jeff, for your kind help.

    Excellent customer service orientation

    Bruce visited this morning to carry out a preventative maintenance inspection. I found him to be friendly and professional. He was able to explain his observations and findings in a plain-English manner. I was most impressed by Bruce and will happily recommend him to others.

    Superb Service

    Due to a full kitchen renovation we called Mr. Rooter on several occasions for plumbing services. Luca was here on three of those occasions and his work was excellent. He clearly explained the work completed, happily answered any questions and always took care to leave our home as clean as when he arrived. We appreciate the care and pride in workmanship that the Mr. Rooter staff excel at.

    blocked drain

    Kevin was excellent. He was thoughtful and thorough. He took all proper precautions and fixed the problem in a professional and timely manner . I would highly recommend Kevin for all plumbing needs.

    Blocked Sewage Line

    On our one year anniversary of isolating we ran into a problem with sewage in the basement.Greg from Mr.Rooter showed up promptly and was understanding of our need to isolate .We stayed upstairs while he analyzed the problem for us on his cellphone from the basement.The problem,solution and cost were all clearly presented. The next day Greg and Will brought the necessary equipment and solved the problem while clearly communicating details of what was being done.Final cost matched the estimate exactly.A job well done.
