I like their approach of no call-out charge, then a fixed price quote on site with no obligation. Curtis came on time, worked conscientiously, explained what he found and was clean and treated my home with respect. 9/10 due to price.

I hired Mr Rooter when our toilet became heavily clogged. They removed the toilet, de-clogged the drain and also inspected the stack and de-clogged the drain to the street. Although their services are pricey I found them to be very professional, reliable and trustworthy.

We called Mr Rooter to install some pre-purchased shower fixtures when we were renovating our ensuite. The plumber arrived on time and completed the job quickly and cleanly. We felt that, overall, the cost of the work was quite expensive, which has affected our overall satisfaction, but the plumber did a great job and we were satisfied with the work he did. I would recommend this company for the quality of the work, but the cost is possibly higher than you'd pay elsewhere.

They came in the day of the sewage block and gave us an estimate and an explination of the issue. They than fixed in a quick timely matter and left the work place clean. They were very personable, I felt very comfortable with them they are deffinately a company I would go with again
