Riley from Mr. Rooter is very helpful. He explained the process for me and did a good job. He fixed my clogged drain, tightened the pipe properly and carefully tested. I am happy with the service.

On Dec 28 found a backed up toilet. Made several calls before I found Mr. Rooter who got a technician to our place by 2 PM. I could not find the diagram showing tank location and tank was not where I thought it was so had to schedule a team to come out and find the tank and get it open and pumped as the starting point. Team was here as scheduled and located and opened the tank and got it pumped. The bed needed clearing out and tank needed new baffle and filter and also added risers so there is no need to dig it up when it needs pumping. As the work was done I met several staff members and was very impressed by every one. Knowledgeable and patiently explained what needed to be to be done why and what options were available. Thanks everyone for the quick and great service!

I have been dealing with Mr. Rooter for a few years now and always had complete satisfaction with the required work performed as well as being well informed on the cost before hand. Shaun replaced a broken garden tap and its indoor valve, and disconnect and capped another unused garden tap. He arrived on time, explained the work and the costs. He completed the work on time, and then offered information about maintaining and winterizing the taps, and sent me photos of the all the work, before and after. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Great service.

We needed emergency sewer blockage work on a weekend. They were quick and explained the options. Chris was so professional in the care he took to make sure that the "mess" was contained and cleaned up. After repair, the representatives were very informative in explaining the options for more long term solutions, as well as pointing us towards relevant resources...even when doing so wasn't necessarily to their advantage.
