i had called other company look to get a energy audit done, other company's were unwilling to look at my place due to different reasons (size of my place, the fact that is is apartment etc.) one call to john and he was willing to look at my place and he was even able to squeeze me in when the weather was still cooler, to be able to get a good reading. A very professional person and sincere guy i would love to have john inspect mine or anyone house in the future, they will not be let down.

John did a very thorough job and explained the house defects in a very comprehensive manner, easy to understand. John, I would like to buy your camera! The home inspection report is also very detailed and offers good information for home buyers that want to know more about the house structure and not just owning a home.

This is my 4th home. The last 3 inspectors were recommended to me by agents. This time I decided to go with someone independent because i had a problem with a former inspector's work...and I am not the type of guy to complain at all. John and Steve went above and beyond. They spent over 3 hours inspecting my new home and not only did he explain the (very small) deficiencies with the home, he gave me tips for my renovations plans for every room. I would not hesitate hiring John and Steve and if you have any questions, you can even ask me directly.

After noticing a small water leak in my basement, John was recommended to me for identification of the source of the leak. With the use of an infrared camera, John was able to show me not only the water leak damage but also the heat loss as a result of the location of the source of the leak. In addition to water leak location services, John performs home inspections as well. While at my home to locate the water leak, John also went out of his way to look at a few areas in my basement with me in preparation for listing my house for sale. His personable nature and patience for explaining possible issues/recommendations for fixing problem areas etc was very much appreciated and I have now hired John for a home inspection on a house purchase as well. I would recommend John to anyone looking for a home inspector or anyone with possible water damage/leaks in the GTA.

John was a very detail inspector. He spent over 4 hours to inspect the house we were about to purchase, gave us tips on how to fix little things and how to save energy. He has a great detector which can detect if there's any leaks or high moisture concentration in the house. Very friendly guy!

I have had several inspectors over the last few years as I have moved from overseas and within Canada. John was by far the best. He was thorough and went through every piece in detail. I was extremely happy with his service, depth of knowledge and timeliness. I would heavily recommend him to anyone.

John did a great job of our house inspection. He was very thorough and provided great answers to questions. He was willing to take the time to fill us in on different systems in the house and suggested maintenance items to follow through on after we take possession. All around a great experience.
