John and Steve did a thorough job and brought amazing enthusiasm to the job. It was clear that they were not trying to run through the house and get out as quickly as possible. It was important for them to show me the areas of concern, as well, not just to have me rely on their report. In infra-red technology is also an amazing thing and gave us comfort on a number of issues on the home. We received top notch service from John and Steve who clearly take a lot of pirde in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Steve recently inspected our home, which we purchased in Grimsby. As first time home buyers we had lots of questions . He was very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and was able to help us gain a better understanding of the home inspection process. He was very thorough when inspecting our house, which helped us to feel better. When we purchased our house we were confident in our decision, mainly based on Steve’s inspection! He was so helpful to us during this process, and we couldn’t have done it without him! We would recommend him to anyone!

I am in a process of selling my house, and find John to inspect my home. His professionalism and expertise in the field is very useful in helping me to identify areas of the house for repair. His friendliness and approachable personality has made the whole process very fun and enjoyable. Most importantly, his heart to help his customer goes well beyond his duty. He has discovered a racoon's home on the roof top and he helps me to find relevant Co. for pest control and roof repair. We had Steve of AA Elite Home Inspections out to take a look at our newly purchased home and we couldn't have been more impressed with the job he did. First of all, he came out on short notice on the Saturday of a long weekend! He was so knowledgeable about everything he looked at, and really took his time making sure he inspected every nook and cranny of our house. We felt really reassured with him there, and he made sure to explain everything to us as he went along. Not only did he examine and explain everything to us, but he patiently answered the tons of questions we threw at him! Being first time home buyers we have found that everything moves so quickly and can be really confusing, so we were so happy to work with Steve and would recommend him and AA Elite to anyone! Finally, we should mention that the next morning before we even woke up, there was a comprehensive report waiting in our inbox with everything that had been mentioned the day prior including colour photos of problem areas with detailed explanation. John did a great job inspecting our home prior to purchase. He took his time and was very thorough. He explained everything to me as we went along. I now have a good understanding of the condition of the home and what maintenance will be needed in the future. He found lots of defects that would never have found on my own. I am very glad that I had John do the inspection.

I am very glad to use AA Elite home inspection, John was a very detail inspector. He spent over 3 hours to inspect the house we were about to purchase. He has a laser detector which can detect if there's any leaks or high moisture concentration in the house. Excellent reports. I will recommend him to my friends and Family!

John came highly recommended to me and now I see why. His inspection was very thorough and it shows in the inspection report, which comes complete with photos, arrows that point out problem areas, and recommended improvements. The moisture test using his infared camera was especially impressive. I will definitely use John for my future home inspections.
