    Waterproofing

    We had a leak in the basement, it was coming through a crack in the wall. Mmt Waterproofing gave us an estimate which was fair, and completed the job in a timely manner. I am writing this review about a year later and have not had any problems with the repair. Great job !! Very happy with work. Thank You !!

    Interior Waterproofing

    Dealing with MMT was great, they made what was a really stressful situation (finding multiple foundation cracks during a basement reno) pretty easy to deal with. They were 1 of 3 companies to come give a quote. I found that Mario took the most time to explain the difference to me of what all our options were. They were priced great and finished the job a day earlier than estimated. I would recommend MMT for any waterproofing needs.

    Dry Basement

    It has been 10 years since Mario and his team set to work on all four sides of our house to fix about 11 basement cracks that were letting in water of varying degrees. Mario is very professional and quick to answer. His team worked hard in the summer heat that year to seal all the cracks from the outside, change weeping tile, add dimpled membrane, add gravel and fill. We have since been able to finish our basement. We had one leak since and Mario came and evaluated how the water was getting in and quickly sent someone over to fix it. This was honored under warranty. We have had no issues ever since. We have and will continue to recommend MMT!

    Awesome job!

    I think I met Mario twice before I decided to waterproof one side of my house with MMT. I had received so many quotes, but Mario was the best - honest, approachable, and affordable. The work was done in 2 days, I couldn’t believe how fast the digging went. They repaired 2 cracks in my foundation, and took photos to show me them. One year later, that side of my basement is bone dry, no further musty earth smells in my basement! I will for sure have MMT waterproof the front of my house when I do my porch. Thank you!

    Interior and Exterior Waterproofing

    We hired Mario to waterproof our basement and two coldrooms. He was extremely professional and gave me a very thorough understanding of what our job would entail and what our options were. He even thought outside the box to help us get the waterproofing we needed without needing to tear up our basement floor. The work was done very quickly, and we've now had three storms with no water leakage. The work was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to hire MMT again.

    Basement Interior Waterproofing

    We moved into a new place knowing the basement needed to be waterproofed and found MMT Waterproofing on HomeStars. Our main contact was Mario who made time to meet with us right away and walked us through our waterproofing options. He was knowledgeable and thorough with his explanations of the various options. The work we ended up doing was interior waterproofing of the basement which included installation of a sump pump. The MMT team who worked on the project were respectful of the basement and property. They finished quickly and continuously communicated throughout the project. The post-project support has been great as well; I'm confident that I'll be able to ask Mario any waterproofing questions well into the years to come. We highly recommend MMT Waterproofing.

    Basement Waterproofing

    I contacted MMT because of their excellent reviews from other customers. I wanted someone I could trust to do a good job for me and the reviews were bang on. Mario came to my home and explained what they would do to stop the basement from leaking. The crew from MMT came in, as scheduled, worked tirelessly, cleaned up and demonstrated my new sump pump for me to better understand how it worked. I would highly recommend MMT to anyone who has a problem with a leaky basement. It was quite apparent that this Company puts its customers' job satisfaction first.

    Great Waterproofers

    Mario was prompt for the quote appointment and answered questions following the quote (and even came back a second time to discuss further). He and his team showed up on time and worked HARD. They completed 16ft+ of exterior waterproofing and installation of a sump pump in less than 2 days. They kept the job site clean and cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommended.

    Concrete foundation cracks

    Mario and his team were so easy to work with. Any questions or concerns, he would clearly discuss and ensure how it would be done. 3 days in and out nice and clean respectful team while working here. Highly recommended to anyone needing waterproofing done. Will use again in the future if needed.
