This company deserves a mark of 10 in the very least. Mario and MTT-waterproofing went above and beyond our expectations and were very communicative throughout the entire project. Mario and MTT-waterproofing team did an excellent job waterproofing the foundation of our 79-year-old house west wall. While giving us the free estimate Mario came across as very professional and knowledgeable. He was very helpful, answered all our questions with great detail and gave us a competitive quote. From the quote process to the intensive labor required, we found the staff at this company very pleasant and extremely professional in their work. The team of workers was diligent and tidy and took great care to preserve the stucco walls and Air condition unit of our neighbors, which required doing the work in three sequential sections. The work involved manually excavating around the west wall of the house, to gain access to the brick foundation wall. All cracks were carefully filled, the Block wall was parged before waterproof membrane could be applied. New weeping tiles were installed as well as a window well; the excavated area was back-filled and finally layered with gravel as per our request. Very labor-intensive work completed on schedule even finished a day or two faster than projected. Excellent problem solving of issues that came up from the work. Good attention to details throughout and enjoyably a dry basement ever since despite the heavy rain Toronto experienced recently. We are extremely satisfied with their service and the quality of their work. We considered several reputable companies and are very happy with our decision to hire Mario and his team. Excellent job done! We would definitely hire Mario again, should we need to waterproof additional walls. We highly recommend MTT waterproofing with no reservations!

I would recommend Mario and company to my closest relatives and friends. I needed to find someone as soon as possible. In under 1 week, I called Mario, he came and gave me an estimate, explained everything in great detail, and completed the job. The quick response was greatly appreciated. Their workmanship was very clean and efficient. I give them a 10++. All the best to Mario and company.

I initially had 6" of water inside my crawl space. It had to be repaired from the outside so I obtained many quotes for this job being that it was a costly repair - every quote was over $10,000! A friend of mine referred Mario to me which quoted me $8,000 and said it would take approx. 3 days to complete. He fully explained what needed to be done to properly repair the water leakage. I have done my own research myself and simply sat back and listened. Mario knew exactly what he was talking about and was knowledgeable. At this point, I felt comfortable enough to give him the job. I did not regret my decision! He worked VERY hard throughout the job!! The first day was entirely of breaking concrete - as I said, it was hard work! I had about 12" of concrete around the entire structure. This had to be removed before the digging could start. Mario then brought in a Kubota machine to excavate. It was tight, but he operated the machine like a surgeon! Definitely experienced showed! The area was fully dug, installed a new weeping tile, tested original weeper before connecting new to original, waterproofed the block foundation and back filled the area. During the entire job, the area was kept clean and organized. Another point of interest was that he took the time to explain and discuss the process throughout the job. This alone helps to ensure the job is done right the first time. I usually don't take the time to write a review, but in this case, I was very happy with the job and it was entirely due to having the right person. Well done Mario!
