I am very grateful to Mario and his team. Mario is so pleasant and knowledgeable. I really appreciate his patience in answering my questions again and again without any reluctance because of my poor English. The job needs to remove the interlock step; only MMT Waterproofing would put it back without any extra cost, and even MMT offers one free regrading. I received several quotes, and MMT’s was very reasonable. I'm extremely pleased that I made a great decision, which was to choose MMT to repair my leaking basement. I am more than happy to recommend MMT to others.

Mario, our primary contact with MMT, Uncle Thomas, and Maros, Johnny, Daniel all were skilled and meticulous with their work. Mario is very knowledgeable and was patient with our questions. More than that, they were all very considerate regarding our home and family, and also of the issues we would have after the job was complete (e.g. aligning patio stones, carting off some extra waste... things we'd have a difficult time doing ourselves but were not directly related to their work or our contract). And carpentry skills were shown in making our deck useable again. The guys worked through the worst of an August heatwave, an unexpected hornet's nest in our brickwork, and some heavy downpours without complaint (at least to us!). Our project was completed on time and as expected and we feel confident we made the right choice with MMT. We are very pleased with MMT. We shopped around a bit and met with different contractors. We were impressed with Mario from the beginning. We were given a couple of options and prices. Very respectful staff and Mario explained everything involved in the process. No hidden fees. Very thorough and efficient. Completed job in time frame stated. They cleaned up all the mess from the job. Then they took the junk away so we didn’t have to worry about disposing of it all. Definitely recommend MMT.

We are very grateful to MMT and his guys for waterproofing the walls and ceiling of our cellar. Mario is very knowledgeable, honest and pleasant. He is the only one that told us we didn’t need a sump pump for OUR problem. The mere fact that the City would not give us a rebate for the sump pump, meant that we didn’t need it. It would have been a waste of money. Thank you Mario for your accurate estimation and job well done. We received several quotes and MMT’s was very reasonable. The guys even helped lift the tall storage shelves out of the cellar and put it back after completion of the job. They also removed all the rubble and left the place tidy. We were very pleased with the work that MMT did to waterproof our basement. I had noticed a mouldy smell in the corner and I contacted Mario because he had received a very high rating and excellent reviews. He responded to my request right away, and arrived very soon after I contacted him. He closely examined our walls and checked to see if the sump pump was working. He took time to clearly explain all the steps for waterproofing the walls in the corner of our basement, and gave us a quote for the job. When we accepted his proposal, he arrived with his employees to explain the work that was required. They lay down long carpets to protect our floors and stairs, and they hung plastic to contain any dust. After removing the drywall, they showed me where the stones were damp. Water had leaked down from a crack on the outside of our house. They worked efficiently and did an excellent job waterproofing our basement from floor to ceiling. The mouldy smell is gone! Highly recommend MMT.

First - talked and met Mario to go over the project, price and time frame. Everything looked good to me. Very prompt & polite. We suffered flooding during huge storms, the window well would fill up and not drain. Water poured in through the windows. Second - 2 guys showed up on the day, tarped everything and trust me digging a hole that big couldn't have been easy. They showed me all new materials being used and how they were being used. Took pictures. Even filled in some extra concrete holes. Third - Other than a new window well, it was put back exactly as before. Very clean work. No more flooding during mega storms. Completed all in one day. Forth - Price was perfect. Lucky me I received a $1000 from Mississauga for flood prevention to help. Came with a 25 yr warranty. Don't waste too much time shopping around, always use the professionals. Happy Customer.

Mario was great at explaining everything and giving all the details before we decided to go with MMT. We did our interior waterproofing and the pricing was very reasonable. Their work was tidy and done to a high degree of quality. I would highly recommend him!
