Exterior Waterproofing
Had MMT work on 31' of ext foundation wall, they showed up on time, they were quick, they cleaned up after the job, very happy with their work. They not only took care of the 2 cracks that I knew were there,but they also located a 3rd crack, cleaned and sealed it, also the tie rod holes where starting to deteriorate, they took care of those also.
I got estimates from 5 different companies, they were average in price, not the most expensive and not the lowest, they came out in Jan to look and the job and suggested I wait till the spring, as the ground was frozen and the materials should not be applied when its below freezing. Other companies wanted to do the work right away, when asked if the weather and temp was a factor, they said " it should be okay "
