    Waterproofing

    Mario seemed to be very knowledgeable of the work that was required to do the repair. His team was professional and completed the work in a timely manner. The work area was left neat and tidy as well. Furthermore they ensured I was satisfied with the work before they left and I received a follow up phone call from Mario to ensure I was satisfied as well. I would not hesitate to refer them to my friends.

    Basement waterproofing

    Mario was clear about what needed to be done, explained how the scope of the work might evolve, was pretty easy to reach, and the work was done reasonably close to schedule (this kind of work is informed by seasonal factors like rain delays). Mario was neither the least nor the most expensive of the prices we were given. We gave him the work as he seemed attentive and during the evaluation process was quite thorough. He was also up front in advising that, depending on the configuration of our foundation (old Toronto house) it might be more of less - subject to how deep they had to go to complete the work.

    Great team doing great work on an internal waterproofing job

    Mario and his team are professional, thorough, and really care about making their clients happy. From the initial visit, through the 3-day job and making sure we were happy with all aspects of the work, and then being in touch with us afterwards when we had questions, Mario was helpful, responsive, and showed us he really cared about the quality of his work. I couldn't recommend these guys more.

    Foundation waterproofing

    I was in need of exterior waterproofing . I contacted MMT for a quote and timeline for completion of work. Both pricing and their availability was what I was looking for. Mario and his crew did a great job. They completed the work within the time they had estimated. I was very happy with the end result and how clean they left the jobsite.     Basement Waterproofing

    1. House built in the mid-1950’s needed exterior waterproofing around one basement corner 2. Chose MMT Waterproofing Inc. over two other contractors because: a. Mario took his time to fully explain the problem and proposed solution, and answer all my questions during his initial visit i. He was the only contractor to mention that Enbridge needed to be contacted to secure the gas meter to the house b. He stated that he would provide photos of the work-in-progress since we were away when work was starting (photos were emailed to me) c. MMT provided the best value for the dollar since premium materials were being used and an additional linear foot of coverage was being done 3. On a subsequent visit Mario explained that each two foot depth of soil returned to the trench would be tamped down to ensure proper settling 4. The staff doing the work were friendly and polite, very efficient and placed the soil from the trench onto tarps to protect the lawn. 5. The scope of the work also included replacing one window well that was done at a reasonable cost. 6. The work area was clean at the end of each day (e.g. no coffee cups left behind), and very tidy when work was completed.

    Awesome group of guys..awesome work

    He worked with our tight schedule, was always available for questions, and finished faster than promised. They went above and beyond and we would not hesitate to recommend them again.

    Great company and quick work!

    Great company, with great work. They contacted me back right away and performed the work quickly. The workers were professional and finished well ahead of the quoted time. I have no reservations for recommending this company to anybody.

    basement waterproofing

    This is the third time I have used Mmt Waterproofing in the last 6 years. Mario and his team did great job each time and the basement is bone dry now, This is the company I trust and will highly recommend to anyone who has wet basement.

    Waterproofing two walls

    Mario and his team did an excellent job. It was done on time and within the amount quoted. His crew was courteous and was able to provide me with the progression. Mario personally followed up with me afterwards and provided the documents I needed. Well done.

    Waterproofing of basement

    We are renovating our basement and a section required waterproofing. Mario and his team were a pleasure to work with and did a great job! Mario was very responsive and reliable. I highly recommend Mmt Waterproofing!
