We had found some mold in our basement when we purchased our house, and some water was leaking into the basement. After remediating the mold, I called 6 different waterproofing companies, and not only was Mario's quote the best quote between them, it was 3 times less than the highest quote. Mario patiently answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them), and explained everything clearly to my satisfaction. When it was time for the job to start, the team dug everything out by hand, and worked 9.5 hour days, even on Saturday, to get the job done. There were a few things that I asked them to do that were not in scope for the job, and Mario and his team did them for me without charging extra. They cleaned up everything afterwards, and even came back to regrade the dirt around our house after it had settled. Since then our basement has been leak-free. I would highly recommended them to anyone looking to get their basement waterproofed.

I would definately recommend MMT for the following reasons: 1. Mario provided a logical solution to my problem and explained the process to my satisfaction. 2. The work was done on schedule. 3. The workers did a thorough job repairing the cracks,applying a rubbarized and dimple membrane, and correcting the grade. They worked tirelessly from sunrise to sunset finishing the job in a day. They left the site perfectly clean. they dug everything by hand, which gave me some comfort since there were a number of electrical wires in the area. 4. Mario's quotation was highly competitive- a very fair price for the job done.

I called the top three waterproofing places on Homestars and this is the only company that actually came out to give a quote. The other 2 just threw out a price that was actually double what MMT charged. Also, MMT actually dug up beside my house and fixed the crack, all the other companies just wanted to inject a filler. I waited 6 months to post this review because I wanted to make sure no water would leak in and it has been perfect.

Mario and Robert were very professional and knowledgeable. They recognized the need to get the job started and completed in a timely manner. The job was executed as promised and we are happy with the end result. I feel I received great value in the products and services I received. Thank you!

Mario and his crew were very helpful and got the job done in about four days. Would definitely recommend them, their work and pricing worked for us. Compared to other companies of similar rating their pricing was by far the best.

Mario had his crew come in between April 23 2012 to April 28, 2012. Mario at MMT was very professional and honest when he came to my property to provide me with a quote. He took his time to examine all the walls to see if there was any moisture. I also remember Mario getting on his hands and knees on my dirty floor to remove the nose from the baseboard to see if there was any molding. He did not try to over sell or pressure me either - I would have known because I already knew which walls were damaged based on my previous observations, knowledge and other quotes I received from other contractors. Overall, a wonderful job! There was also no damage to any landscape as well. The perimeter of the house was also cleaned up completely. Fantastic price, fantastic service! I couldn't believe the quote I received from MMT. They were thorough, professional, and hard working. It's been a couple of years since the crack was fixed and I have not had any problems since. I recommended them to a friend who had already received several quotes from other companies. MMT blew the rest of them out of the water and he ended up hiring them. Good, honest work. There is truly nothing better!

I had problem with water penetrating through the walls. MMT was recommended to me by a friend who had a similar project completed with them in the past. Mario (MMT) came and identified the problem and suggested to waterproof only 12ft along the problematic area. They spent time to explain what was happening that how they intended to correct it. The price was competitive and job was done within one day and they did not leave a mess behind. Overall I was very satisfied with the work done. I found them to be very courteous and professional in what they are doing. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who has a similar problem.

Bought an older house (1915) off the Danforth, and within 3 months had a number of floods from the front of the house. All basement walls were constantly damp, and a large dehumidifier did not help. We had several people come in and quote, but but Mario not only had the best pricing but seemed to take the most time to explain options and answer any questions. Mario seemed like an honest guy and very knowledgeable. I'm happy to say I wasn't disappointed. Although Mario wasn't present during most the job (although he could always be reached and would come over if there was anything to discuss), his crew were extremely good. They worked hard and made sure to minimize the mess while they worked and did an excellent job cleaning up. It's been a number of months since the work has been done and we haven't had any water get into the basement (even after the terrible rains in December). The basement walls that previously were permanently damp are now dry. It may not have been something that we wanted to spend money on, but thanks to MMT I feel confident that a leaky damp basement is not going to be an issue we have anymore....also would like to mention that our attached neighbours ended up using MMT as well for their waterproofing and have been very pleased.
