    Removal And Replace of Full Roof

    Bosco and his staff were very friendly and professional. He explained the work he is going to do in very detail. All the work was done on time and within my budget. I am happy to recommend him for all type of roof work.

    Roof Replacement

    We needed to replace our old roof. Bosco came very highly recommended by a neighbour. This neighbour's friend had hired him after reviewing many other companies. Bosco's staff came on time, worked tirelessly all day and cleaned up all remnants of the shingles after working for eleven hours. Everything went smoothly and we could not recommend Bosco more.

    Eavestrough replacement

    Bosco was very friendly and professional, explained the whole process and different options thoroughly. The work was done on time and with care. We chose the eavestrough with a cover and we are very happy with the installation.

    Removal and replace of cedar roof, all guttering and soffits etc

    Bosco was one of three quotes we had for the job of removing an old cedar shake roof and all guttering and facias and soffits and replace with asphalt. I had seen his work down the road and was impressed so looked him up on homestars to see a great rating. They came in the same price as another recommended roofer but Bosco's service from the start was exemplary. He came around and discussed all of the options and his work with us. He explained all of the insurances and warrentees he has and allowed me to study the colour options. We agreed a date to start but the weather was not on our side. As we had a deadline of selling our house Bosco pulled out all of the stops and managed to get 10 people working on the roof to remove and replace in just one day! The guttering was done after and the team doing it were very professional. The work is perfect so far, we are very happy to have chosen L&M Roofing and have already recommended him to 3 of our neighbours. Thankyou to all of the

    Roof and drainage

    Excellent work! The workers were efficient, clean and professional. Estimated exactly how much time they would need for the work and stayed true to their estimation. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for roofing.

    Roof Follow-up

    I had my roof done by L&M under the leadership of Bosco. During the project, Bosco and his crew were efficient and pleasant. Bosco was very resourceful and patient in guiding me to make informed decisions. A few years later, Bosco and his crew were equally pleasant and dedicated when they came back to secure the lose shingles. I contacted Bosco to report loose shingles, Bosco responded in the same day, then he and his crew were at the house the next day to examine and further secure the shingles. I am relieved to know that my roof is still in good hands years after the work. Thank you, Bosco and your team.

    Roof

    I am very impressed with the work done by L and M Roofing. Bosco is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with excellent suggestions on the type of shingles best suited for my roof, and his workmanship is top notch.     New Roof and Insulation of attic

    Bosco and Sean sat with us and explained the entire process and made excellent suggestions to suit our needs. The price was very fair. We were very impressed right from the initial meeting. We were provided with appropriate literature and references. They were flexible with the scheduling. We shopped around and interviewed other companies but L&M stood out from all of them. Their crew worked hard and cleaned up beautifully. We are so satisfied with the job. I would recommend L&M to anyone.

    They are so professional and through. My house is on forestwalk cir. Bosco did my roof and garage door this October. Almost the entire forestwalk cir (roof)was done by Bosco. Everyone likes his work

    Roofing renovation
