    LM Home to the rescue

    The storm blew my shingles off and roof started to leak badly. Bosco came and accessed the situation in a timely manner, gave me options to reshingle and protection to my 15 years old roof. I chose to have all the add-ons (ventilation, protection layers, refill insulation etc) and hopefully this will last me a long time. The team was very professional and finished everything in one day. After roof was done, few heavy rain fall but roof seems to stay strong. I'm glad we used LM homes, highly recommended!

    Chimney rebuilt

    L&M is very professional. The workers did an excellent job with skillful craftsmanship on rebuilding the chimney of my house. Highly recommend to those need their chimney repair.

    New Roof

    L&M was professional, the owner responds fast, and reasonable with their prices, he took the time to explain my add on options which I thought was a great way to extend the lifespan of the roof, which should save me some money in the long run!

    Complete Roof Change For Single Garage house

    I highly recommend L & M International Home Services Ltd. I originally called them for a small roof repair that was caused by wind damage. They came the next day and did the job quickly. Because of how professional they were at their service. I decided to ask his team to change the whole roof this year so I can have a peace of mind for my family for the next several years. Super responsive communication. Service was professional, the tradesman they have are extremely skilled at their work and their work is top notch. I would highly recommend them and would be recommending them to my friends and family and business clients in the future as well.

    Prompt response

    During a recent wind storm a roof shingle came loose on my house. I contacted L & M and I was told they would come out as soon as it was safe to do so. They arrived on a cold, windy Sunday in January and took care of the problem for me. I really didn't expect them to come until spring. Pleasant surprise.

    They did excellent roof work!

    I used them two times for changing my roof. They did a great job! Highly recommended. The owner Mr. Tam is a pretty honest person and easy to deal with, The quote is reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again.

    Roof top renovation

    They are all professional worker, done my whole roof top within one day. And also they had progress photo to record what they had done to my roof top. That was really impressive. Absolutely will recommend to my friends who need their roof top fix.

    Roofing project at Tridel Townhouse

    I am one of the Board of Director for the Board 1136. Bosco is the boss of L and M roofing, he is knowledgeable and provided honest opinions to us. The price is reasonable, staffs are efficient and organized. Everyday will clean up the site before going home. It is a trustful roofing Company.

    Roofing projects

    Hi, Bosco, L & M All Staffs and Workers: I would like to use this opportunity to thank you for your efforts and help in making our property’s roof worry-free for another 15-25 years. You guys did a wonderful job with excellent handmade projects. Not only is it nice looking and pretty roofing, but also good quality, which increases the value of our property.     Professional presentation of quote. Very promote response to whatsapp messages. Clean job. No issues! Cleaned up very thoroughly. Removed satellite dish at no cost. Explained the whole job very well! Update: January 2023 My roof was replaced in 2020. Part of the roof is flat, which was replaced as well. That roof leaks every year and water goes in the entrance foyer. First time his crew came and did the patch work. Next year same issue, he said needed heat cable and needed to move down spout with additional cost of $1400 +. He could have easily moved the downspout. He didn't even come to check. Leak completely damaged foyer ceiling. I have to get done else to resolve this issue. Will never recommend this company ( had give very good rating 2 years ago) but I don't hold the same opinion anymore
