    Entire shingle roof replacement

    Bosco was knowledgeable, professional and provided a fair price. His crew worked exceptionally hard in replacing our roof in one day. They were courteous and cleaned up everything well. The roof looks fantastic, we would definately recommend Bosco and his team. Thank you!

    Attic Insulation

    Bosco and his team did an outstanding job in installing attic insulation. He provided a great price and excellent service. He was very professional and took every step to ensure that we were completely satisfied. Moreover, he was highly flexible in scheduling the job at a convenient time. I’d highly recommend L&M Roofing Company Ltd. to anyone thinking about adding insulation to their attic. Definitely 10/10!

    Replacement Shingles

    Very professional and price is competitive. Very clean and tidy. One day job for my roof. Great job Bosco and all your workers. Highly recommended for roofing and shingles work. Keep it up.

    Nice working with professionals , these people are great to work with thruout the whole process , very tidy and clean , great quality Work , easy to deal with and all done in a day as promised, Thanks to Angeleca , and Bosco for your services , Would highly wreck amend to anyone needing a roof redone Thanks

    Roof Replacement

    Pricing was competitive. Completed job in one day. Crew was polite and very helpful . Showed respect for the property. Staff worked quickly and did a thorough clean up. Very pleased with my new roof. Thank you Bosco and Team.

    Roofing and insulation

    Provided me with an itemized quote. Was the only salesperson to actually bring a ladder and check out the roof. Bosco brought samples of the products and explained the different options. The company did a great job. Cleaned up and were gone in a day

    Roofing

    L&M Roofing (Bosco) recently replaced our roof shingles in 1 day. The roof looks super and neighbours drop by to chat about our roof. The workmanship was extremely detailed and performed with great attention to personal property. You can count on Bosco and his team to deliver as promised!

    Eavestrough replacement

    We had a great experience with Bosco and his team. They got the work done fast and their prices are reasonable. The team was very professional and the job made no distruption to our daily activities. I will recommend these guys to my friends and family.

    New roof

    I would recommend L & M Roofing. They seemed more professional and knowledgable than others that I had called. The price quoted was fair and they well explained the options available when it comes to roofing, without any hard sell. The cleanup afterwards was good and they even fixed a leak in the eaves troughs. They were very nice to work with.

    Entire Roof was re-shingled and fans/exhausts replaced

    We had our roof shingles replaced in August. Bosco was great at explaining our options. Accurate quote. The roofers were quick and cleaned up very well! They replaced the entire roof's shingles within half of a day. Quick and efficiently done!
