L & M Roof Repair
Bosco was amazing. Storm blew away shingles from our Roof.overnght. 1 phone call the next day, and it was repaired within a DAY. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Roof Repair , Replace Backyard Door and fix tub faucet
I had a house inspection on Monday and found out three repairs need to be done quickly. I called and got a quote from Bosco on Thursday and all the repair work was done on next Tuesday. He provided detailed quote for each item and listed what kind of work will be done. Once the repair work was done, I requested photos for both before and after the repair. The photos are very clear and they did a great job.

Roofing
After getting quotes from several companies, got Bosco and L&M to reshingle my roof. They have done many roofs in the area including some close neighbours. Always easy to get in contact, punctual, clear and communicates all details, very competitive pricing. They came, did the work and left all within a day. Came home to a new roof with no trace of mess! Roof has held up with no problems after a couple of rainy days so far. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Roofing
Great, punctual, trustworthy, hard-working people. They did our roof fast and a deep cleaning after. I will highly recommend them to anybody who needs a new roof or a fix for the old one. They are quite popular in our neighbourhood.

Roofing - Shingles
A wonderful experience!!! A great job that was professional and provided excellent customer service. These guys worked hard and completed the job in a full day. After completing the roof, they cleaned the place beyond my belief. A fantastic work ethic and great communication. I will hire them again. Thank you

New roof
The guys worked over the long weekend and in some significant heat. The job was done within the day and according to our agreement. Thank you for the excellent work!

Roof and Garage doors
After being referred to us by a friend My wife and I are very pleased with all work that was completed to our home. All of the work was done on or before L&M said it would be done. All of our questions and concerns were addressed right away. It is nice to have a contractor be as responsive as this organization. The job looks great!!!!

New Roof
I finally decided to hire them to replace my roof after observed them putting new roofs on my street. They have done over 60% of houses on my street for the last 3 years, I have no way to go wrong. These guys like machines, work very hard. Good feedback from my neighbours.

Roofing
Wow...it was a great service..My poor roof shingle was damaged by strong wind a while ago..With recommendation I gave them a call.The sales people was friendly and helpful and professional....within a couple of days their work team came as promised and they fixed the roof and Bang my problem solved fast...Thank you Bosco..You are the best..

Roof
I got my roof done by L & M Roofing and after 5 years some of the shingles came off because of the high winds. I called the manager Bosco and he told me someone will have a look at it. The weather was not nice for few days because it was raining but the man came over and he brought in the matching shingles since the old one company don't make it any more. The job was done and since there was a warranty for 30 years I didn't have to pay. UPDATE Dec.29,2021. My roof shingles were blown away with the wind and I called Bosco again. He told me to send the picture and then he told me it will cost $600. I asked him about the warranty he gave for the material for 30 years and labor for 10 years. I was told there is no warranty even though I have the written warranty from him. I will advise people to not use this company and I am updating the rating for this company and I will also report about this company. I end up doing the repair from someone else for less than half the price and they told me the job was not done properly.
