Left a message to Urban Piping to get a quote on replacing hot water tank due to a tank leak. Graham called back within two minutes. Told me my options and gave me a price that is better than ones I got elsewhere. To top it off, he was able to have the brand new hot water tank ready at my door before I reach my house within 30 minutes of the telephone conversation. He might happen to be in the area, but I never thought it would be that quick. Work was tidy and mess free. The whole job was completed within two hours. It's like an emergency service without the extra charge. He also gave me a couple quotes on other works and didn't pressured or up sell. Quote, invoice, and payment was all done on in his cellphone and sent to my email. Everything was paperless and efficient, which is refreshing to see. Will definitely give them a call again if I have further plumbing needs..

Removed our old hot water tank and replaced it with a new one. Graham was professional, friendly, able to work around my hectic schedule. My little boy kept following him around and he was so kind and patient with him.

We left Graham and his team with our house keys and went away on vacation. We came back 10 days later, the work was done except for a bit of clean up that they did the next day. Grhame and his helper showed up in the morning as they said they would and removed our old broken toilet and installed a brand new low flush unit with everything included in the price.They even took the old one away and left the house cleaner then when they started.I have recommended Urban Piping to all my friends for anything plumbing

I was pleased that Urban Plumbing could come up to replace my hot water tank and did so at a very competitive cost. Only one company had a lower cost and they failed to show up or contact me when the job was supposed to be done. Urban did not use the cheapest hot water tank, it was a fairly good model considering the price. They came up the day after I contacted them and I have had zero problems with the work done since then. What more does a person want?
