Graham & his team are excellent & very professional. They completed the project on time & we recommend their service. Now we have peace of mind not having a possible water damage due to the problematic poly butylene pipes installed in homes from the 70s to mid 90s. They cut holes in the walls, changed the pipes to pex & restored back to its immaculate condition. Thanks Graham & your staff for the excellent job!!!Answer from pro:

Our water heater looked to be leaking, we called and next day they were in to look at it. Obviously needed a replacement and within the hour the new heater was installed and the room cleaned. Great, fast, responsive service.Answer from pro:

We were very impressed with Graham's professionalism. Graham arrived within 4 hours of our emergency call. He was very appreciative of all the work we had done to prepare for his arrival. The installation took less than 30 minutes. We mentioned some renos we wanted to do and Graham look the time to show pictures of his company's reno work and was more than willing to give us a verbal estimate. I needed to change my hot water tank in the house and I called about 3 plumbing company. Graham of Urban P stood out as he seems to know what he is talking about. I was even able to arrange a friend to let them in the house. My friend said they arrived on the time allotted, worked professionally and efficiently. They seemed to be skilled at their work. The work was done professionally. I went upstair for a bit and when I came back, the work was already completed. Before leaving, Glen did a nice cleanup of the place.
