Had Can Do replace existing fences for 5 houses. Price was on par with most companies that do fence work. I cannot comment for the others who were involved (other than the feedback I received from the others about the mix up on the fence style noted below). From my side, the end result is what would be expected. Clean up was far from perfect - cigarette butts (not a lot, but 5 or 6 in various spots) on our yard, bits of old fence including some with nails sticking out in both front (where the old fence was stacked) and back, water bottles and other debris left each day. Did not feel like yard was treated as if it was their own.
There was a key mix up in the fence type to be installed. We had decided on the type with lattice at the top (which was the type being replaced) but the fence installed did not have this. To be fair the contract stated Fence 1 which is not lattice, but we did not even think to check this - the documents we sent showing the breakdown and contact info by person showed Fence 2, and we did not see anything (words, not codes) noting this on the contracts. Response from the sales person (Samer) did not make sense to myself or the other owners involved, including the main other one who met with Samer along with me when he came out. At any rate, we were offered the commission back as compensation by Samer as opposed to something back from the company itself - no communication from Alon the sales manager nor Can Do themselves. White tags left on a number of board as well, marring the aesthetics and requiring work on our side to pull off. Not a big thing, but does speak to attention to detail.
The fence does look good, but communication issues, clean up issues and responses cause me to drop the rating down. We have had other work (carpets, hardwood, garage door, windows) done this year and in all other cases the follow up (before, during and after) was great and professional and the work done cleanly and professionally.
