    Sloped Roof, Flat Roof, Siding and Deck

    Amazing crew! We had problems with the funky smell in a bedroom under the flat roof and called several roofing companies to get quotes. Nobody was able to pinpoint the problem. We looked at the Royal York profile and decided to give it a try based on the fantastic reviews. Vitaly came to give us a quote. He was able to pinpoint the problem with the flat roof within minutes (and that was confirmed once the old flat roof was removed and we were able to see the damage), went over the project scope step by step and impressed us with his knowledge, problem solutions and detailed explanations. He provided the quote within 15 minutes. The roofing crew was amazing! Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. They were such a pleasure to have around. They made sure they protected all the floors and the backyard before proceeding with any work. Vitaly is a great project manager. He visited the site several times each day and went over what had been done and next steps so we felt really informed ad in control of our project. The forecast called for rain and the company sent more people so that the project would not be stopped midpoint. When the project was finished there was not a single nail left. They even swept our neighbours' driveways. Everything from day 1 to completion was perfect and they exceeded our expectations.We give them a sincere 10 +out 10 and highly recommend them!     house

    I am really satisfied with their services and the work they do. They do have a reasonable prices and i would recommend them to all my friends. The price was right, the work was done very well - I love my new roof, and very fast that was surprising.

    Replace garage roof

    Just wanted to give credit to RYR for their professionalism and honesty. I recently had my aged garage roof replaced.The experience from my initial call to Catherine and subsequent meetings with Vitaliy were seemless and a positive experience. The roof replacement cost was reasonable and the workmanship was of high quality. The installation crew was respectful of my property but more importantly of my neighbours. They cleaned up afterwards and were courteous and accomodating to any of my inquiries. RYR called me back the same day, arranged an initial meeting for a quotation and met all their commitments promptly, to that I would highly recommend them to others.

    Garrage roof repair ,garage siding

    Vitally Goshovskyy- Royal York Roofing Ltd Just recenty I had work done on my garage. I would like to thanks Vitally for professional and courteus way in which he helped me with my garage roof repair and new sidding around .He promptly answered all my questions and concerns I had. I appreciate the fact that he was willing to work with me and my schedule.His crew were always on time ,hard working ,.leaving place cleaned up. Vitally's commitments to my needs and interest as a customer were always very high and I had confidence that I was respected and given open and honest answers all the time.Garage looks like new.     Roofing replace

    We noticed rain coming through our front porch lights and called Royal York Roofing for an estimate. They arrived the next day and provided recommendations for product and explained they could start the work on the w/end and finish it in two days. We were happy with the result plus the team cleaned up as they went and we didn't find any debris after the job was complete. The estimate was exactly what we were charged.

    Roof Installations and repairs

    5 starts to Royal York Roofing. I was looking for a roofer for a long time. As a first-time home buyer I was very doubtful of all the contractors in general as I heard a lot of horror stories about them. But decided to call Royal York Roofing based on the previous reviews and ratings, and it was a hit! I didn't even want to call anyone else to compare. The price was right, the work was done very well - I love my new roof, and very fast that was surprising. The owner of the business is very honest, and when I have asked him to evaluate my entire roof and see what else needs to be done, he did it for free and honestly said that everything was OK with it and it didn't need any other repairs anywhere. He also fixed one of my windows FOR FREE!!!! It wasn't a part of a deal, but the window was giving a leakage in the window seal and he just sealed it all around and suggested to do the same myself for the rest of my windows. I suggest everyone to call him first before anyone else.

    Cedar Roof Replacment

    Royal York did an absolutely amazing job. I have nothing but praise for the them, beautiful work, great cleanup during and after the job was complete. My new roof is the talk of the neighborhood!

    Roofing

    On Sept. 23 and 24 Royal York Roofing replaced both the shingles and flat roof as well as the eaves troughs on my 1 1/2 storey Cape Cod style home in the Prince Edward and Bloor area of Etobicoke. After getting several estimates I chose Royal York Roofing. From the moment Bruce came to my home and explained, with detailed drawings, the work that needed to be done, to the promptly returned phone calls by Catherine and the crew of skilled roofers, I have only good things to say about this company. They protected my property, shrubs and plants and cleaned up throughout the job and when they were finished. Vitaliy came by several times to check the work in progress. I would highly recommend this roofing company.

    Shingles replaced on two levels

    We discovered a leak in our attic a few weeks back, and were looking for top-quality roofers to come over and deal with it quickly. We got in touch with RYR, and Vitaliy came over as soon as he could to take a look. He assessed the problem, explained what needed to be done, and gave me a quote which I went over with my wife. The shingles needed to be replaced not only on the second floor over the attic, but also over the porch on the first floor. We chose RYR over two other companies that have excellent reviews on Home Stars, and I'm glad we did. After we agreed to hire RYR, they quickly sent over a crew to put a temporary fix in place, just in case more rain fell before they could start the job. It kept the attic dry. A few days later, they came over as agreed and did the full job. As it turned out, they had to replace some wood on the second floor because of moisture & ant damage, and they also had to replace wood over the porch that was rotten. That was a few bucks more, but they kept me in the loop, and took pictures to show me what was going on. The added cost for the wood was reasonable, and the final bill was what I was expecting. Vitaliy, Pavel and Catherine were great to deal with, and always perfectly professional. I highly recommend Royal York Roofing.
