    New Roof

    I would highly recommend Royal York Roofing. They offer excellent up front service (site visit, quotation, available for questions), workers were very friendly (and cleaned up well) and came back to do inspection after work was done. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

    New Roof

    Royal York Roofing did a new multilevel flat roof on a commercial property for me recently. The estimate appointment was booked quickly and Pavel & Vitaly were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Their price was competitive with other estimations I found. The job was started one month later due to their busy work schedule and took a little longer than expected because of weather constraints and special orders of materials. The quality of the final product was good, all queries I had about the work were addressed, and I feel comfortable that any future questions I have will be taken care of. I am satisfied I went with RYR and would recommend them to other customers.

    Re-shingled Roof

    I needed to redo my roof, but budget was a little tight. Royal York Roofing provided a very reasonable and competitive quote. Wife and I are very pleased with the quality of work. The crew would show up early and work late.They made sure everything was covered and protected the neighbours' properties from debris. They did a thorough clean up afterwards. We haven't found a single nail or clip or piece of shingle. Would recommend to family and friends.

    Roof

    We interviewed several roofing companies before choosing Royal York Roofing. The reasons we selected the company were several: Vitaly presented all the options to us clearly, he did not pressure us, or up-sell, and the bid came in at a reasonable price. Every question we had was answered clearly and honestly. Our trust was rewarded when the job was done quickly and neatly. There was no damage to plants -- important to me--and the roof looks great.

    Reshingled roof

    I contacted Royal York Roofing for a quote on a roof job and I was very pleased with the quote, the professionalism of their office staff and the work that was done. I will be recommending them to my neighbors.

    Flat Roof Replacment

    I contacted Royal York Roofing to repair a roof that was replaced 7 years ago. The previous contractor did a terrible job, they took our money and ran. After this bad experience I researched flat roof construction and interviewed many contractors. When Vitally Goshovskyy from Royal York Roofing inspected our roof he said it could not be repaired. He explained the issues and detailed the correct installation methods. I knew he was our roofer. His team showed up on time, They were very polite and very knowledgeable. During the work we had rain and high winds. His team made sure the roof did not leak and all material was held tight. The attention to the little details gives us the confidence that our roof will last a long time. I would highly recommend Royal York Roofing .

    Shingle re-roof

    very impressed!! -they showed up on time -they were upfront and accurate with the cost -worked late to finish as there was rain in the forecast for later I would definitely recommend these guys!

    New Roof

    From our initial contact with Bruce Windsor, to the team of roof installers at Royal Roofing we are very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. After the job was completed, the crew cleaned up, ALL, debris. Prior to final payment, Bruce came by the home to inspect and ensured that we were satisfied with the job, We are!     Roof and 3rd floor balcony deck

    I was extremely pleased with the professional service that royal york provided. Kathrine was always so pleasent to deal with over the phone and Bruce was able to provide us with a very fair quote. My roof was done promptly and the roofers were very professional. I will now be able to enjoy my new roof top deck as well. Thank you so much guys for all your hard work. Paula

    Shingle roofing and metal gutter replacement

    Royal York Roofing is a very reliable company; their sales rep and work crew showed up ready to get the job done on time and on budget. They are also technically qualified. Royal York followed up quickly with a small issue that other contractors would have deemed insignificant.
