We worked with Trent to finish the basement on our 85 year old semi-detached house and are very happy with how everything turned out. Trent was helpful from the start with suggestions on things such as the layout and was able to quickly identify pretty well all the work that needed to be done so was able to provide an accurate quote and stay within our budget. He and his team were reliable and he quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had throughout the renovation. We would work with Trent again for any future renovations.

Trent did a great job on our porch! We wanted to build handrails for our front porch, and when Trent came to give us a quote (within 3 days of contacting him) he mentioned that he would be able to build the rails, but also noted that we should consider whether we wanted to replace the porch as it was rotting and would only last a couple more years. He also outlined how we should re-build the stairs to ensure that it was safe for my parents and toddler. What we appreciated about Trent was his honesty, punctuality, and attention to detail. He was upfront about progress, costs, and any areas where we needed to consider changes or keep an eye on. We are very happy with the end product, and look forward to working again with Trent for upcoming projects. Many of our neighbours have commented on how good the porch looks! Thanks again Trent.

Trent did a lot of work for us and was by far the most competitively priced. Unlike some others who we had in to see the house, Trent was honest about what options we had for repairs and even suggested that we do some of the work ourselves to save money. He was very quick and when he was done you wouldn't have even known he was there.

I'm preparing my house for sale and needed maximum impact on appearance for my dollar. Trent put down all-new hardwood flooring and stained it to match the rest of my house. He repainted every surface, including the painful job of stripping latex painted over oil. He even went and found a great guy that refinish the original cast iron bathtub and left it looking like a brand new tub. Finally he sourced and installed custom shutters on the outside of the house to liven up the outside of the property.

Trent has done quality workmanship on our street for several years. I decided to hire him after watching his positive interaction with an elderly gentleman. Trent replaced my elderly (91 years) mother's cement steps and limestone slabs. He was patient, kind, and respectful with my mother. I would recommend him to friends and will use his service myself in the future. He gave a reasonable quote and was reliable. The work was completed quickly and looks great!

Trent did a great job...fast...professional...first rate! the double sliding patio doors are awesome...replacing an existing window..... they also built a cool small landing/deck with stairs for access to the backyard....just what i wanted....it was pleasure to have Trent do the job for me.....highly recommended!! 10 out of 10

We have had Trent do our major renovations at our house, so when it came time to getting rid of our old unsafe porch and balcony it was a no brainer. The attention to detail is very rare in contractors, and Trent and his team did yet another great job.

Trent and his team renovated our Victorian home in Riverdale. As the property was over 125 years old, we needed to take great care with the original features and the the reno would have to be a very high standard of workmanship. We were not disappointed - Trent and his team were knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. When they did come across complications (to be expected with such an older property) they did not overlook any issues, they would fix the problem. They team was always punctual, tidy and very reliable. The tile floors in particular were a show stopper, everyone that has come to visit the house is amazed at the tile work - truly a masterpiece!

We had a flood in our basement the summer of 2013. Trent and his team did an amazing job. Went above and beyond my expectations and came up with great ideas when problems arose. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely use them again.

Last winter I undertook what for me, was a major renovation including complete kitchen overhaul, removing a wall, reconfiguring the back wall of the house, redoing the stairs and adding a deck. From the very beginning, Trent took the time to ask questions and get a real feel for the entire job. Throughout the job he was always in touch, letting me know what was happening and when those unexpected things popped up (which they always do in an old house), he dealt with them as efficiently as possible. I felt completely comfortable with him and his team in the house and no matter how messy the day was, everything was tidied by the time I got home at the end of the day. The quality of the work was exceptional and the final product is amazing. Trent also helped me deal with a difficult situation involving the architect/design firm I'd hired at the beginning of the project, and I always felt that he had my best interests at heart. He is an honest, hard-working guy and I had complete trust that he would do his best in my home. At the start of the project when I was extremely nervous about the whole thing, Trent told me he'd look after me and in a word, he did. I have no hesitation recommending Trent to friends and have already done so a number of times. Without doubt, when the time comes to do more work in my house, Trent will be getting a call.
