I couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received from DRR. I received a fair and timely quote from Darcy who was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer the many questions I had. The roofers were very courteous,friendly,efficient and left my property tidy. Sarah at the office was equally very pleasant to work with. I feel very comfortable DRR will stand behind their workmanship warranty and aim to please, with the same helpful attitude ,should I have any issues down the road.

I want to thank Done Right Roofing for your prompt and excellent work replacing my roofing tiles. I love your product and feel confident that they will last a long time with no problems. Darcy came to check out my old roof and we discussed everything pertinent to a new roof, including installing products and new vents for the attic. We decided that we could weather one more winter and scheduled the work for the Spring. A lovely chinook warmed us up in Feb. and DRR called to say we could do it then. . . . and then it snowed, so I had to cancel that time. DRR called again in early March saying they could do it soon, so we set a new date and the weather was perfect for doing it. The 3 man work crew was friendly and courteous and got right to work. They worked steadily from start to finish. And their clean-up was outstanding. When they left, there was no evidence to show they had even been there (except for the new roof of course). Great company, patched and waited for better weather. Repaired the roof and cleaned the mess perfectly. Going to use them on the full replace of the garage roof in the summer. Thanks Guys!!!

This was the first time I have had a roof replaced. I requested quotes from three different companies and only DRR actually came into my home to introduce themselves and explain what they would be doing. The others simply showed up and let me know they were there. A quote was then sent to me by e-mail. DRR was punctual, friendly, presentable and there to answer my questions. They took between 20 and 30 minutes to check out the roof and came back into my home shortly thereafter to provide me a quote. The quote was for three different roofing products (lo-cost, mid-range and high end). The gentlemen explained the types of materials, the need for an additional vent, the drip edge replacement, the type of underlay and answered all my questions. Since it was mid-winter, they were back a week later to put up the new roof. Antoine and his crew were awesome. They worked steady from start to finish. And their clean-up was outstanding. When they left there was no evidence to show they had even been there (except for the new roof of course). I have already recommended DRR to two other people and will continue to recommend them in future. And that 15 year guarantee...Awesome!! Thank you DRR.

We had to replace our roof after hail damage. The quote we received from done right roofing matched the quote from the insurance company. I was very impressed how accommodating the ladies were, I talked to on the phone. Punctionality, and workmanship ship are very impressive. Great management team and proud workers.

We hired Done Right to replace our roof in August 2014 based on reviews and positive feedback here. Our sales guy was great, seemed to really know what he was talking about. Although they weren't the cheapest, we felt comfortable hiring them. We had a few issues with the crew parking in our neighbors handicapped spot, which after a few conversations, they moved. Job was completed in 3 - 4 hours, clean up was ok, there was some debris and nails in the gutters, they did offer to re-clean. The biggest issue that came up a couple months later, is a leak around our bathroom vent, coming off the ceiling drywall. We originally thought that the gooseneck on the roof was leaking so we phoned Done Right, Darcy showed up promptly the next day and advised us that the gooseneck is fine but that the leak is coming from humidity seeping out and around the vent piping. We were surprised to learn that the vent pipe is not connected to the gooseneck but rather the gooseneck slides over the pipe with no connection or sealant. Humidity is able to escape and drip back into the attic. This is something that would have been much easier to do while the shingles were off. I changed the rating on this review because Done Right and Darcy really stepped up to the plate. There was some misunderstanding on my part and I assumed the worst and jumped the gun with the original review. This issue with the gooseneck not being connected, is virtually never an issue and we had a unique situation where we had major gaps around our vent piping. (Poor installation when the house was built) I truly believe a company is only as good as its after sales service and after seeing it first hand, can honestly say that Done Right is genuinely committed to making things right. Darcy went above and beyond to help us with our situation and make the necessary repairs which was out of their scope of work. Thank you very much, we really do appreciate it! You will be doing our next roof.

I had several company's come out to quote a new roof, and Done Right (Darcy) by far won my trust right away. They were the ONLY place that did not ask for my insurance scope of work / approved costs before offering me a quote. The quote was done at the same time of the visit, they showed me 3 different product options and broke down every cost- it was very transparent and honest which I appreciate. Scheduling was prompt and while we were bumped twice (doing a roof in Alberta in December, you should expect weather delays) but I was given more then enough notice and apologies, and when the day did come everything and every one arrived on time. The foreman asked if it was ok if they worked the weekend which I thought was considerate, the crew was quiet- no blasting stereos on my roof, kept the area clean, and only took off as much as they were going to do that day- I appreciated this as I look out at some of my neighbors exposed roofs. The roof looks good, I did have someone come back for clean up and he offered to come back again once the snow melts. We did have one bump, my neighbors house was damaged from something coming off the roof, I called DRR they asked no questions, just sent someone out and they had the house fixed before my roof was done. How a company owns up to mistakes and fixes them speaks volumes, so with that yes, I can absolutely recommend Done right roofing!

The receptionists (Amanda & Tara ) are very personable and professional. Darcy (General Manager) is very punctual, professional and courteous. He explained everything. The roofing crew ( Antoine and his crew ) was awesome! Everything was done on time and to my extreme satisfaction! Thank you very much!
