    Roofing

    We were very pleased with the job Done Right Roofing did on replacing the shingles of our home and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. We were very impressed with the roof consultant, Alex Primbs. He was not pushy, but very knowledgeable, forthcoming and helpful.

    Residential Roof

    DRR are total top shelf professionals. They've been in the business in the Calgary area for 10+ years, which says a lot in this trade. You really get what you pay for, backed by an awesome warranty. Fast, accurate, reliable, high quality, and extremely personable to boot. Name says it all, so just do it right the first time.     Roof Replaced

    I think for the extra I paid I don't think the job was any better then my neighbours who had theirs done for 1/3 less. They were quite messy and had to return to fix a sloppy silicone job. I would personally go with the less expensive guy as these guys prob all work the same anyways. His looks just as good if not better then mine. So make sure you shop around. The guys were very nice and polite but pretty messy. They didn't bother to clean my top floor balcony which had tons of shingles and paper left on it. I cleaned that up myself after they left. I also cleaned both of my neighbours yards for them as they left without doing that either. I also ended up picking up at least 45 screws over the next week after they left. Thank God none ended up in my tires. My advice would be to save your money and go with the cheaper guy. They just don't go above and beyond to warrant the extra money they charge.

Sometimes mistakes happen, however, we are always ready and willing to work with the homeowner to rectify the situation. If we had known that there was a mess left behind we certainly would have sent our crew back immediately attend to that. We feel that it is unfortunate that you don't see the same value that our other clients see. We do offer protections that most other roofing companies do not, along with a 15-year warranty. Some of the measures such as upgraded underlayment, flashing and replacing the cap and collar of b-vents are expensive, but will protect your roof better in the long run. We truly do feel that you get what you pay for in roofing. Once again, we do apologize that you are not feeling 100% satisfied. I hope that if anything else comes up, which we do not expect to happen, that you will let us know as we are always ready to assist.

    New Rook on Garage/Part of the houseq

    I would recommend Done Right, there were a few issues at first, however they made sure to get them fixed to my satisfaction. They were prompt to return phone calls and were good at communicating.

    Roofing

    We had to reroof and were referred to Done Right Roofing by a friend of ours. Antoine and his crew did a very professional, excellent job on our roof. they answered all our questions and involved us by giving us option as to where roof vents could be placed and then giving us the choice as to where they go. They arrived when they said they would, and took the proper time to do the job correctly with a high level of workmanship.

    Roof replacement

    Contacted Done Right Roofing via HomeStars. Out of 4 roofing contractors their price and estimate made the most sense to us. That and their fantastic website. The job took a little longer than they planned, due to our challenging roof lines and turret. The finished product and cleanup was great. Good job folks.

    Roof Replacement

    I contacted DRR as well as a few other companies as I knew I needed to redo my attached garage roof (shingles rolling up and nails out everywhere). Out of the 4 companies I contacted, I got 1 other estimate from someone I didn't actually meet, and 2 no shows. Darcy and the guy he was training at the time were on time and definitely took their time to do a proper estimate and evaluation. Afterwards we sat down and I didn't feel pressured at all and recommended the cheapest of the three options they had based off the fact that the rest of the house was actually in great shape compared to the roof. Called them back the next day to accept the quote, got the contract the next day after that. I believe Sarah called me and scheduled a time on a Thursday for the following Monday. Monday came around and Antoine gave me a call saying that they were going to come back Tuesday as it was probably one of the colder days we had that week plus quite windy. I was not around for the install as I was at work but I came home and everything was done. Didn't notice any debris on first look, maybe some asphalt pellets next to the bin, but nothing really bad like nails or shingles pieces. Bin was picked up the next day at some point, not sure when as I was at work. Overall I was pleased with their work and their price was better than the other company that gave me a quote. I'm generally a DIY and I first started out getting quotes to get an idea of what I'm saving by doing it myself. This was probably the best money I've spent on someone else doing the work instead of me. Thanks DRR, I'll give you a ring in 5+ years to do the second floor roof for sure!

    Complete Roof Replacement

    Great Company to deal with, Price was reasonable after having 6 quotes done. The product choice and pricing options was also nice comparing to other companies only quoted 1 shingle type and pricing option, a few companies didn't even go on the roof to see what needed to be done, something about satellite imagery, but I prefer the personal touch Alex gave spending the time going over the whole roof taking his time and seeing what really needed to be done. Any questions before and after the job was complete were answered quickly either by phone or email, the crew showed up on time and were great at keeping the mess all on the tarps they put down all around my house. The clean up was equally impressive, finger prints rubbed off siding, area swept with magnet to pick up missed nails, eavestrough cleaned out the best they could with out a hose or water and debris ended up in a garbage bin they dropped off before the work started. Done Right Roofing even went out of there way helping me repair some damage to my house from Hail, Thanks again for that, small companies do go out of there way I feel. I Like to thank Alex, Estimator, Jordan, crew lead, Darcy, General Manager and Sarah, Installation Administrator, Roof looks Great. If I had to do it all over again I would still choose Done Right Roofing, Happy Customer.

    roof replacement

    The quote provided by Done Right was comparable to other company's. The crew that conducted the work were excellent. They did a great job on the install and on cleaning up at the each day. The company and crew were very reliable.
