    Re-roof house and barn

    They showed up a few days late but made up for it with a fast installation. No mess left behind and even when they had an incident on a skylight they came back and repaired it to as new condition as they said they would. Overall very happy with the service and the product.

    New Roof

    Started and finished in 1 day! Fast and well done. Well priced and cleanup was reasonably good despite all the snow on the ground. Crew was friendly and well organized.

    Roofing

    Done Right did a great job from start to finish. Darcy came on a Saturday and spend the time explaining what we would need to to the job. We had multiple conversations with Amanda at the office who help plan the job and she arranged for additional samples to be dropped off at our home. The crew was a little late, however they did call in advance and let us know that they would be coming afternoon instead of morning so that was great. The job was done well and after it was complete, we did have a concern with some of the shingles over our garage. I called, and someone came and sorted it out the next day. Would recommend this company.

    Reshingle roof

    Done Right were great from beginning to end. After they left, meet noticed bump in our metal work and contacted them about our concern. They sent someone out in the next couple of weeks to fix it no questions asked. Very professional and fast!

    Reroofing

    I had my roof replaced last week by Done Right Roofing. Everything went on smoothly and simply from beginning to end- estimation and reasonable quote, on-time installation of new shingles, site-cleaning etc. I don't t worry about what Done Right Roofing did for my new roof because of their professional job and confident warranty.Moreover, You can learn more about the roof knowledge from their website.

    Replace shingles

    Last May we had to have the shingles, vents and some plywood replaced after purchasing our house and finding out the inspector was wrong and the roof was leaking. The price was great and they were very fast (1 full days work split over 2 days due to weather and this was for the house and garage). The crew was very nice and respectful. The only issues I have is that they broke the screen door on and it took over a month to have them replace it and it was just when the warm weather was starting so we could not have the door open for the fresh air. Several boards of siding (wood siding) were broken but I let that go considering how long it took to replace the screen and I know the siding will need to be painted in the next year or 2. They did not mention the broken screen or the broken siding, I noticed the siding right away but I did not notice the door until the next day when I wanted to open the window and let the air in. I also found several hundred nails in the yard probably because they had a very small magnet. Other than that I was very satisfied with the roofing work, time and crew and would have given full stars.

    New Roof

    Done Right Roofing is the perfect name for this company. From the office staff, to sales, to the installation crew we could not have asked for better customer service, professionalism and attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking to repair or get a new roof. We had one small issue after the job was done and when I called in to get it addressed, they were quick to respond, and had the issue resolved by the same business day!

    New Roof

    I would definitely recommend Done Right Roofing for anyone looking for a new roof. Chase and team were very professional from the time they came to give us a quote right through to the completion of the project. The office staff were excellent as well to deal with.

    New Roof

    We had an excellent experience with Done Right roofing. Darcy came out and explained the entire process, helped us choose the right colour and gave us a great quote. I had previously done my research, and had gotten 5 other quotes, and was very happy with the price and the work that was to be done. The entire job was done in 2 days! We saw the polite, professional crew early on Thursday morning, and they were finished by Friday afternoon. There was no evidence of them ever being there - except for the beautiful new roof that my husband and I can't stop admiring. As my husband said "this is the way you want it done!" Done Right!!

    Roof Replacement

    I had my roof replaced in May 2014. I had a great experience - right from the estimate, dealing with the office staff and the great crew that came to my house. They were friendly, polite and stuck to their scheduled appointments. The job was completed on time and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the job site was. I did yard work right after they were done and didn't find any nails or debris. I wanted to wait a few months before I gave my review in case I ran in to any problems; I'm happy to say none so far. I would feel comfortable recommending Done Right Roofing to my friends or family.
