    new shingles

    Amazing !!! Is the only thing we can say. From the estimate explaining my options, to the clean-up. We were happy every step of the way. The work was scheduled while we were away and when we returned home it was hard to tell that they had even been here. I would recommend them to any one. Thank you Done Right Roofing

    Roof replacement

    Done Right delivered professional service from the minute I called to book the estimate. I got detailed estimate with upgrade options. The estimate was very competitive. The job was completed in two days as promised, and the cleanup left everything in the same condition as before. I would definitely recommend them to others.

    roofing garage

    I emailed the company and received a reply the same day. An appointment was set up for the following week to assess the project and give an estimate of cost. Information was given regarding the shingles and other possible needs. A date was then set up to complete the job. A crew was here at the stated time to remove old roofing and then apply the new shingles. The job was completed in about 2 hours with all debris taken including nails. I don't know how there can be improvements with the company as my roofing knowledge is somewhat limited.

    new roof

    We had bad hail damage from last years storm. We contacted Done Right Roofing, they came out and gave us a reasonable quote, to which the insurance company agreed to pay. They came out right away, and had our roof done in a very short time, the yard was cleaned up and everything looks great.

    New roof

    I found Done Right on Home Stars and totally agree with their high rating. Darcy came to my home with an estimate explaining my options very carefully and provided plenty of follow up to make sure I was happy every step of the way. The work was scheduled while I was away and when I returned home it was hard to tell they had even been there - my yard and driveway were spotless! My neighbour was so impressed with the work, he hired Done Right as well! I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent work, great service and very pleasant people to deal with - I am so glad I chose them.

    Re-roof

    Outstanding work from an outstanding company! The re-roofing work was completed by 1 day with their "Super" team. The services provided from estimate, scheduling, office admin, roofing people are all outstanding.

    Replace Very Old Shingles

    AMAZING! This is the best company I have every worked with. Their site manager was extremely friendly and quick to reply to his emails. The price was good, the cleanup was flawless, and the work was done in one day. He even threw in an old piece of venting pipe so I wouldn't have to call another contractor. Highly Recommended!

    Roof Replacement

    Chase and his crew of six arrived early on July 17. The old shingles and tar paper were removed quickly and carefully. Damaged sections of the roof plywood were replaced before any other work was done. The six man crew worked smoothly, everyone doing their assigned jobs. The crew worked well together. All of the roofers were polite and well mannered. That is a credit to Chase and the Done Right Roofing management. Two days later we had a very heavy rain that evening. Due to the Malarky 50 year shingles we could barely hear the rain drumming on the roof. Darcy the estimator, explained the procedure and even returned when we had an extra question. Chase did some extra staining of the wood around the chimney. The roof looks good.

    Roof replacement

    We were doing a massive addition to our home and decided to invest in a rubber roof. A major investment but this is our dream home and our intent was to never touch our roof again. After meeting with and getting quotes from numerous companies, we decided that Done Right Roofing best met the price and warranty we wanted. We couldn't have made a better choice! The sales staff were great to work with and very responsive. The crew that came to install the new roof worked long, hard days and took every opportunity to make sure we had the best results possible. When we ran into challenges, as are expected in a large renovation, the Done Right project manager not only brought the problem to us immediately, but had a solution in mind as well. The crew kept our site clean, used the materials very efficiently and did such a good all around job that we have already hired them to replace our garage roof as well. I would have no hesitation recommending Done Right Roofing to anyone who is looking for a quality product at a competitive price!

    New roof

    A great experience. Darcy was fantastic...spent a couple of hours at our house, up on the roof taking pictures, measuring, explaining the many options of shingles. He provided samples and when we asked if we could see a couple of larger samples he provided them as well, very quickly. A great gentleman to work with. Sarah was a pleasure as well....Because of the weather (RAIN) our job was pushed back several times. She was always on top of rescheduling and working with us on alternate times. She was a very pleasant lady to deal with. The crew was amazing...ten people, one day boom new roof. I came home during my lunch break to see how it was going and was amazed at the buzz of work happening, everyone doing something, never seen that many people working on a roof before. When we got back home that night, there was a beautiful new roof. Everything was clean and the bin was ready for pickup. We had a bit of a problem with some damage to an arbour that we have, the company took care of us completely and ensured that we were satisfied. We have already had the neighbours asking about who were those people.... Great job guys and gals. Ron
