    Roofing

    Unfortunately, through some mix-up, our roof was started a month early. We were out of town at the time, so my knowledge is partly though the couple that we had let occupy our house at the time, as well as others in the neighborhood. I had expected a crew that Done Right was experienced with to do the job. Apparently they put a new crew on the job to start with. When they did not work out they relaced them with a second contacted crew. That did not work out either and they were apparently replaced them with an "inside" crew which finished the job. I have no idea whether it has been done correctly. There is one concrete thing that I am aware of which was not done in accordance with our agreement. The Done Right salesman indicated in the agreement that a proper number roof vents (eight) would be installed. This was not done. I have had no reasonable explanation and, in fact, suspect that no regard was had to this aspect of the job. It makes me wonder as to what else might not have been done correctly andin accordance with our agreement.

A complete re-inspection of your roof confirmed that, despite the crew issues, the installation meets both our internal standards and the requirements of the Alberta Building Code. The ventilation requirements were over-quoted in your contract and the additional vents have been installed as per your request. We understand you may continue to have concerns about the quality of the installation, but we assure you we stand 100% behind our 10-year installation warranty. We are truly sorry that you were inconvenienced and frustrated and trust that we satisfactorily responded to your concerns.     Roofing shingle replacement on house and garage

    We found Done Right Roofing by searching throughout the many roofing companies listed on the internet and our first impression was the positive costumer reviews in all aspects as well as the warranty. We contacted the company and Darcy Biccum, the estimator, showed up and completed the very detailed estimate with the materials needed for the replacement. We had quite a few questions to ask before he was leaving; roof colors that stand up better during the full sun, types and differences between each style, the approximate time to complete the job and so forth. Our impression was that he knew what he was talking about and took the time to answer all of our questions plus add more information that we never thought to ask, and right there was our decision point to have the company install the new shingles. The crew showed up (awesome guys) on the day as promised and completed an excellent job on time. The last day they did the final cleaning around the house and Antoine showed up to give us the final bill; the price was exactly as initially quoted and he thanked us for using their business; a few days later we received the warranty papers over the mail. I must to say that in these days it is difficult to find contractors that really knows their business and is gratifying to receive such treatment. We are very glad to find Done Right Roofing and we definitely recommend the company.

    re-roof

    We had Done Right replace our roof in the fall of 2011. Written estimate was very detailed on the day promised. Once on site Chase and his crew were awesome, fast, polite, courteous and no loud music entertaining the entire neighbourhood. When they left at days end our property was left spotless and tidy as it was when the job was complete as well. On a prior reroofing job with a different company I picked up nails and scraps for months afterward. Nothing left for me to clean up this time. How refreshing to have such a positive contractor experience and the roof looks great!

    New Roof

    I called Done Right roofing for a quote along with one other roofing company (I'm still waiting for a quote from them). Darcy and the office staff were professional and efficient through the scheduling, measurement, recommendations on options and quote stages. Materials were on site when they said they would be and the team, experienced in Eurolite installation, along with Antoine arrived and the job was completed when they said it would be. The Eurolite roof looks fantastic. Thank you Done Right for a job well done.

    New roof

    Done Right roofing was wonderful from Darcy Biccum, the estimator that initially showed up to qoute our home, to the installers.. The estimator was honest , friendly and very informative on the process of having a new roof installed, and the installers that came to install our roof were very polite and nothing but professional. They insured that our gardens were safe and that our property was free of debris upon Job completion. Thank you very much Done Right roofing! We can honestly say it was "DONE RIGHT"! , and we will recommend your service without hesitation.

    New Roof on Garage

    Done Right did a terrific job on our new garage; the estimate was competitive; office was friendly and professional; most importantly, the crew (Chase Taylor) made sure everything went through without any hiccups. We highly recommend Done Right.

    Eavestroughs with leaf guard

    The installer (I'm sorry, I can't recall his name) did an excellent job, removed all old eavestroughs and debris and accommodated owners special request to create additional downspout troughs for the water barrels. He truly wanted to do a great job. Stephanie at the office helped me throughout the process in working between the installer and accounting. She was very helpful, courteous and pleasant.     Roofing shingle replacement on house and garage

    We searched Calgary roofing companies pretty carefully and found Done Right to be the best from a customer review perspective and from a warranty perspective. Right from the initial estimate Done Right Roofing impressed us with their knowledge, professionalism and customer service. They were honest as to what we did and did not need for our roofs. The job itself was right on schedule and exaclty as quoted. They were finished the house in one day and the garage took a half day and paid great attention to detail. They had a thorough cleanup. From my understanding they have a manager visit every job before completion to ensure every roof meets thier measure of quality. They use fully certified installers and have a great 10 year warranty and $1000 satisfaction gaurantee. We will happily recommend Done Right Roofing to any friend or family member.

    Roofing

    After looking at their reviews we decided to choose Done Right to replace our roof. We were very pleased with our decision as the company was very friendly and helpful. They arrived on Thursday morning and were finished by Mid Friday morning. The crew worked hard, did not play loud music and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. Our roof looks great. Well done guys we would highly recommend you!

    Re-Roof

    We were very pleased with the roof we had installed by Done Right Roofing. From the estimator, to the office staff, to the project manager, to the roofers all were very courteous and professional. They did a very thorough and professional job and did it quickly, cleanly and efficiently. We will use them again and will recommend their services to others.
