I was very happy with Done Right Roofing and the service I received. Particularly because I have such an unpredictable work schedule and was unable to meet with anyone from the company in person, the efforts that everyone took to correspond by email, phone and to work around my schedule as much as possible was greatly appreciated. My inability to schedule a day to meet with Chase, the estimator (my fault - not Done Right's) to go over the different options in person, could have posed problems for me, but he managed to convey everything that I needed to understand in a phone conversation after hours. Stephanie was likewise very friendly and helpful in helping me to choose a shingle style and colour that would go well with my trim when I couldn't view them in person, and in finding payment options that I could make in the event that I would be out of town when the work was completed. Everyone was always very prompt about returning my messages and answering my questions, and they managed to delivery the shingles on the day expected and complete the installation within a day of the date initially estimated, in spite of all the rain that we've had this month. There were no hidden costs and everything was cleaned up so that I would not have even realized that anyone had been there except that I now have a roof that no longer looks like it is about to blow off the house :)

Done right did a good job on the roof.. The estimate was fair, not the lowest but not the highest. The guys did not wear the safety harnesses and where lod, but the quility of the work was worth the one day of noise. I have a 40 year shingle..

I was very impressed with Done Right Roofing's professionalism. it started with their excellent website and continued with Phillip, the estimator. He answered all my questions and produced a competitive quote provided in a pocketed portfolio. Because they were ahead of scheduled, Stephanie called and said they could start the job in two days time. The material arrived at exactly the time they specified and one hour later the five-man crew was busy at work in a proficient manner. The foreman was very experienced and again answered all my queries. When the roof was completed, I received a call from Done Right asking if I had any problems. I mentioned a minor clean-up problem and, during the next four hours, I received a visit from three different company supervisors - including my estimator Phillip, making sure the problem was resolved and that I was completely satisfied. That is what I call customer service. As I said at the beginning, this is a very professional company with helpful, friendly staff - especially Phillip and Stephanie. I think you will be happy if you choose Done Right Roofing for your next roofing project.

From the moment I veiwed Done Right Roofings web site to the completion of our new roof I was extremely satisfided . Their web site was very informative and all my questions were answered with great detail . The roofers were very curtious and did a great job . My roof looks fantastic . DRR was here when they said they would be, cleaned up after each day (2-day job), and from what we can tell, did a super job with the new shingles. Done Right Roofing replaced my roof and added new soffit and fascia in less than 3 days. The roof looks fantastic and now has the proper amount of venting for the size of the roof. They also trimmed overhanging branches that I couldn't reach that were dropping a large amount of pine cones/needles and clogging up the gutters. They also accommodated my request to remove a gigantic unused satellite set-up that was a big eyesore. The whole team was friendly and professional from start to finish and when they left, you wouldn't have known there was a big project going on for the previous 3 days as everything was completely cleaned up and taken away. From the time we had the quote done to the job complete and finished was under 3 weeks even working around Calgary's nasty weather. Job was done quick and fast. No mess left behind and they stuck to the quote. Great service. Good job guys.
