Our experience with Planit Builders was great, the contractors were very respectful in coming in and out of our house. Clifton our project Manager was always prompt in responding to questions, concerns phone calls and emails which were all taken seriously and were delt with in a professional manner. The quality of work is great, we are completely satisfied. We would definately recommend Planit Builders to friends and family.

Our experience with PLANiT Builders was exactly as we'd hoped. We were extremely satisfied with the level of service from the whole team. The contractors were great and always respectful of the main floor of our home when they were coming in and out of the house. Clifton, our project manager was always quick and efficient when responding to questions and emails, and was always easy to get ahold of. For the level of service and quality of work we received, the pricing of our reno was far better than other contractors whom we had quote us prior. We would definitely recommend PLANiT to friends and family.

We worked with PlanIt from start to finish. We found the marketing team very professional in their full and fair disclosures around what they can deliver and the timing. During the construction stage, the supervisor, Clifton, was such a friendly guy, and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to meet our tight time schedule and even helped in relocating a few of our equipment in the basement out and back in. That was cool!

From start to finish dealing with Planit Builders was very easy and professional. Our site supervisor, Ed, constantly kept us up-to-date with everything that was happening and what to expect as well as ensuring the quality of work that was performed. Very happy with the finished basement, very well taken care of from start to finish, I was always kept informed of what was happening and when, whether it was by the online calendar, phone call, email or in person by the site supervisor. if you want it done and don't want to worry about dealing with many different contractors Planit Builders is the company for you.

We got our basement finished by PlaniT Builders and they took care of everything!! We didn't have to lift a finger. The online calendar was extremely useful and it was diligently followed. They delievered on time and on budget even though we had some (minor) changes / upgrades to the plan. We did have some minor problems which were quick fixes and our site supervisor (Mark) did it on his own with no fuss. He is superb and extremely helpful. Overall, would highly recommend the company. We are extremely satisfied with the finished basement.

We are very happy with our finished basement, including a fabulous steam shower, by PLANiT Builders! From our first meeting to get an estimate to the finished product, we found everyone professional and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated being able to follow the scheduling online. Though we had a few issues with some workmanship, we found the trades to be courteous and respectful of the fact that we were living here. And our project manager, Mark, went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied with the final product. It took a little longer than we had hoped to get the last few issues finished up but all in all it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend PLANiT Builders to our friends and family!

Numerous problems, Studs along north wall didn't touch top or bottom plate, oil spilled on new garage floor, PlanIt wanted more money after construction started, trades parked on newly poured concrete, concrete wall doesn't go all the way to the ground! Oil still hasn't been cleaned up despite a letter from Planit that they would clean it. Foreman said he would get concrete sub to come out and look at wall and oils stain and we never heard from him again. Tired of trying to get them to fix their comedy of errors. If you don't want to project manage the job yourself, hire someone else!

PlanIt Builders built my garage, I loved that they did EVERYTHING, from plans and permits to overseeing all the trades. When the town engineer came to sign off on the job he told me that I have a really nice, well-built garage. I recommend Planit Builders to everyone I talk to.

We are so pleased with the service provided by Planit Builders on our recent basement room development. The project was done well ahead of schedule, the finished product is beautiful. All of the trades used here were professional and respectful of our home. We were so impressed with the communication on line and with our project manager Steve and his team.
