I hired Planit Builders to develope my 30 year old townhouse for one reason and one reason only... to help it sell faster. Murray was the estimator and did a fantastic job listening to me and pricing it the most econimical way possible and Mark did a fantastic job exucuting the plans.

I wanted a not so standard garage build without fuzz - aka quick and efficient. Got quotes from 4 of the higher ranking garage builders based on BBB reviews and Homestars. Most of the quotes came in about similar - but most simply didn't make accommodations for upgrades & alterations and timing ( low roof pitch to allow for sun specifically was an issue, so was timing in the spring). Don Spencer my sales contact made us feel comfortable in being able to deliver. We had a land titles issue that Arnold Ocampo from the office helped out with by directing us to a solution. Mark Turco was effective helping us in our decision to upgrade to cedar siding with smart board, he was careful about not disturbing too much of our established backgarden when trenching, plus he sourced the gutter installation for a portion of our house that had just completed a reno and needed a new gutter. It took a little longer than expected due to our delay on getting the ground ready for pouring cement and heavy rain during May/June but the calendar was updated frequently and we knew what to expect and why.

At the end of March our basement development with PLANiT Builders was completed. Patrick our Site Supervisor was fantastic. We did have some issues with some of the changes made after our estimate but Patrick was extremely quick in having them resolved to our satisfaction. We would recommend to anyone and will have them back to do our Garage when we are ready for our next project! Thanks for everything!!!

We did our final inspection yesterday on the garage that Planitbuilders built for us. The whole project experience was great. Murray did up the estimation for us and it was accurate and reasonable. Graham was the site supervisor, he was extremely helpful, and whenever we had questions or concerns he was there to help us through. We felt that he went the extra mile for us when needed, and that’s what made this a pleasant experience. They finished building the garage ahead of time and on budget. Initially our neighbors recommended them to us, and at this point we are thinking about having Planitbuilders develop our basement.

Less painful process than we thought.Murray was very professional, easy to deal with and costumer driven. The customer service was exceptional. Pricing was very reasonable. Although with just some minor delays on some of the minor projects. But overall they finish on time and on budget. Our project manager Mark Turco was awesome. He literally went beyond what was needed for the project. We had a lot of questions and concerns and he answered all of them patiently and made some great suggestions to make the process run smoother.. Overall we are very satisfied with the project. I would recommend planit builders anytime to anybody.

Our basement was completed a month ago and we have been so busy enjoying the space that we haven't had time to write a review until now! Planit Builders was professional and pleasant to work with right from the initial estimate consult. Don took his time with us and we were pleased to see that he did not push any unnecessary items at us. In fact, he saved us money by taking the time to carefully go over the pros and cons of items we were unsure we wanted to include when we began the process . Mark was a great project manager. His schedule and ours sometimes made it difficult to meet in person. A quick weekly e-mail to Mark re questions and concerns was answered promptly and to our satisfaction. Few concerns arose, and those that did were dealt with swiftly. The trades were present when scheduled approximately 98% of the time, and were extremely respectful of house and property. We have two pets and Mark made sure that the trades were aware of them and knew how to approach the house to ensure little stress for the animals.The quality of work is excellent! The clean up - immaculate. The project was finished earlier than initial estimates and on budget. two minor items were left outstanding. They were cleared up within a week of final sign-off. Thank you Mark, Don and the Planit Builders team for a very pleasant experience and a basement that is more than we imagined. The sewing room is to die for!

We recently had our basement developed and had a great experience. Our site supervisor was Steve Belanger and he went above and beyond in so many ways and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. The basement looks great and we are very happy.

Very happy with our new basement. Only downside it did take quite a bit longer than originally told at time with quote to finish the job. But they did finish it up to our standards, and they make sure you are happy with everything by the end of the job. Basement looks great!

I had to make a minor service request for my basement and Patrick took the time out of his very busy day to complete it. He was very professional and did not hesitate to get down and dirty to get the job done. As always, he was a pleasure to deal with and left me completely satisfied with his work. Everything he has done has exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved using this company for both my basement and garage developments. Huge thanks again to Patrick!

It was a pleasure working with Planit Builders from start to finish. Their initial free quoted estimate was right on target with what the cost ended up being. We didn't have to pay until the job was finished and we were completely satisfied. They have a 5-year warranty on all their work and we didn't have to do ANYTHING but stand by and watch the work get done. They have a great website where you can track the progress of your project as well as see what is upcoming, and they stuck to the schedule pretty closely. All of the tradespeople that came in to do work were very courteous and respectful of our space. From what I understand Planit has very strict guidelines for all of their trades partners and that was evident in our experience. The site supervisors are very impressive. Ours immediately addressed all of our minor concerns that came up along the way and acted as a mediator between us and the rest of the company so we really only had one point of contact. It was a very pleasant experience to work with Planit compared to many of the horror stories I have heard about renovations from other people. They came highly recommended to us by a friend and now I know why.
