I just want to thank all the team because they make the difference, like any other organization the difference is their people. Special thanks to Mark Turco (our Site Coordinator) because he really knows what he's doing and he was very helpful accomodating all our requests. The process with this company is really smooth, from the first contact (Murray is very good too) all the way to execution, everything is nicely explained. A few miss understandings, like in every project, but Mark did everything on his reach to solve the issues. Execution is clean and very professional, trades are really good too and like I said coordination is excellent. I'm very happy with the final product, but not only me, my wife and daughter are also very happy which is the final objective. My project was technically not really difficult but everything came together beatifully. From the dance floor (mirror wall included) to my wine cellar, everything is awesome. Like my wife said, is not exactly the same to what we have upstairs (finishes), but damn it's really close :). Thanks planit for such a good job. Hopefully I won't need to use the waranty, by the way one of the longest in the market, but if I will I'll let you know how was it. Cheers Rafael

We are very satisfied with all aspects of this project -- sales, project management, construction, inspection and completion. All aspects of the project were well documented and explained. The contract was complete and easy to understand. The contract manager took charge of the project from the start and kept us well informed regarding any issues and updated in terms of key milestones such as cement pad completion, framing and completion. The project manager met all deadlines and kept all appointments. He also dealt with neighbours to ensure that everyone was informed and satisfied in terms of workmanship. We highly recommend using Planit Builders for building a garage and appreciate the work completed by the project manager -- Graham.

Steve Belanger did a very good job as Site Supervisor. He helped us install the wall mount for the flat screen TV and was always very pleasant to deal with. He made many visits to see the progress and most of the time he was prompt. If he was going to be late, he called. He also finished up some of the smaller touch-ups that were left.

This spring we hired PLANiT to build a 22'x22' detached garage, we heard about them through a flyer we received in our door. (I had also seen there vehicles & recognized the name) They seemed pretty reasonably priced, they took care of all of the permits, didn't have any trouble matching the siding or trim on our house (which is a problem a few of our neighbours ran into when building themselves), and it was finished within a week. I was recommend PLANiT to anyone in need of a lovely new garage.

PlanIt Builders and the site-supervisor Patrick Card were extremely professional, pleasant, efficient and they got the job done. They worked with my schedule, they got all the permits, got in friendly, professional and competent subs and they made the entire garage building process easy for me. I highly recommend their work to anyone.

We are only half way through our development and PLANiT has performed beyond our expectations. They are tidy, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. From sales, to site supervisor, office staff, designer, contractor, have been professional and on time. Budget is never an issue because everything is worked out in the estimate. Once the estimate is finalized, anything extra that you choose to add or change to the original plan is paid for upfront. There is NEVER s question of them needing more money for this or that. It is made clear right at the initial consult. I for one appreciate this approach because I know exactly how much this project is going to cost. An absolute pleasure to work with this exceptional group of professionals!

Wow is all I have to say about PLANiT Builders. By far one of the best experiences I have had with a builder! Everyone I dealt with was professional right from the quote stage through to hand off. Murray was extremely quick getting all of the quote paperwork done up and explained thoroughly all of the options available for the build. We had sign off and the project was rolling in under a week! A couple of competitors couldn't even get me a quote within a week! Once construction began the site supervisor, Mark, was phenomenal, he worked within my schedule to discuss any issues on the site or delays and always made sure I knew what was happening and when. There was a minor delay on the garage door due to a shipping issue but Mark did everything possible and mitigated as much of the delay as possible. Overall I am extremely satisfied and have already recommended PLANiT to a few people looking for a garage. I will definitely be using PLANiT for our basement reno this winter.

Our experience with Planit Builders was phenomenal. Every step of the process happened as per the original schedule and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. I cannot thank Graham Shepherd and his crews enough for the awesome job done on building my garage in Okotoks. Graham took me step by step through the process for the build, advised when the crews would be on site (and they were!), and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. The site was always cleaned up after each crew left. I am so happy with the end result. Graham and his Teams went over and above what I had expected and I am very grateful for such an wonderful experience dealing with PLANit Builders. We are extremely happy with our basement development which was completed by PLANiT Builders. We were impressed by all of the team members - from Don and Sonny who never applied any sales pressure, to Arnold's design and to the friendly office staff. Steve, who oversaw the project, was very personable, patient and responsive. It was clear that our basement development was not only important to us, but that it was very important to Steve. We greatly appreciated how friendly all of the trades were and how positively they interacted with our preschooler. Without hesitation, we would recommend PLANiT Builders.
