I recently had a garage built by PLANiT Builders. They were personable, efficient and trustworthy. My garage looks great and has been built with high-quality material. My site supervisor was amazing to work with and went over and above to make the building process and clean-up a breeze for me. I would recommend PLANiT Builders to anyone looking to build a garage.

We just had our basement finished by Planit Builders. I would recommend this builder. The price quote we received at the beginning was very specific, which was great as there were no surprise expenses. I appreciated that when the quote was built, it was done right in my home. I was able to make on the spot additions or deletions to my wish list and see instantly the changes to my price quote. The design process was very thorough. We enjoyed collaborating with the team to come up with a beautiful, functional layout that could be flexible as our family grows. Most of the trades were top notch. The few problems we had were handled professionally and quickly by our very engaged site supervisor, Patrick Card. Patrick was great to work with. He contacted either myself or my husband every day (no small feat as we are both shiftworkers) to ensure we were happy with the progress.

Planit Builders exceeded my expectations on developing my basement. My new townhome basement space is approx. 347 sq ft. They took that small space and made it big. From the planning stage to the execution and finished product Patrick Card (Site Superintendent) brought vision, style and professionalism. He delivered on time a space that benefits our lifestyle. We are very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them!!

I think I may be one of PLANiT Builders' first clients in Edmonton but I can tell that they've perfected their procedures in Calgary before they moved here. We're only half-way through my development but so far everything is perfect! The salesman, Sonny, was able to give us a quote on the spot, detailed down to the penny and it just got better from there. The plans were done quickly and professionally, permits were pulled, and the selections appointment was very professional too! (Suprisingly, a lot of options! I was able to match just about everything perfectly!) We're in construction now, my site supervisor Beau has kept us well informed, answered all our questions and concerns, and all the trades are respectful and very good at what they do. We're so excited to have it done. (So far we're running ahead of schedule even!) My Man Cave awaits!

Planit Builders is a very reputable company, in my opinion. The estimate was completed by Sonny, who showed the utmost professionalism, not to mention up to date technology, for accurate pricing. Arnold, the floor planner, was thorough, and gave options, even though we didn't choose his ideas. The accounting department was professional and friendly in the email transactions we completed. Our Site Supervisor, Steve, was extremely professional and took all our concerns and rectified them. No job goes exactly to plan, and Steve was always available (within reason) to contact us with regards to the progress. There were minor bumps along the way with the sub-contractors, but nothing that caused us concern over the way PlanIt handles their contractors. The crews were tidy enough, pleasant and generally happy to be working on our home. There is no doubt in my mind that I would recommend them to anyone I know. They came in with the least expensive cost, with great options for materials. What also put them over the top of all the other quotes we received was their 0% financing for 6 months from the start of construction, the guarantee of cleaning the basement professionally after completion, the furnace and duct cleaning after completion and the 5 year warranty on top of that. The competion has nothing on them.

By far one of the best companies I have ever had to deal with in my 10 years of construction. This is a company that stands miles ahead of any of its closest competitors. They were not only efficent, competent, professional, and courteous, but they also actually cared about both their finished project and customer concerns and satisfaction. Beau Nychka was our liason for our project, and went above and beyond to ensure that it was completed on time, on budget, and minimal disruption to our neighborhood. The office staff was always friendly, and you could always count on them to try their best to appease any concerns. I would highly recommend Planit Builders to anyone looking for a contractor to do a garage, basement development, or any other project. Another fantastic project by a fantastic company; one of the few that actually cares about its customers.

Just finished with the official sign-off of my new garage today. Apart from the weather (which, unfortunately, we couldn't control), I have absolutely nothing but praise for PlanIT Builders. Everyone from the Project Manager Patrick, through the office staff, all the way down to the on-site contractors were absolutely polite, professional, courteous, and friendly. The only messes were weather-related, typical-construction-site messes, and were contained to the outside. I wish I could rate them higher. I will most definitely turn to their services again (my basement could use an overhall sometime soon), and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Our basement was just finished by Planit Builders and we are very happy with the results. Thanks to Steve, Ryan, Susan, Larissa, Bethany, Don, Arnold and Chloe who were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. We were especially grateful that they could work around our busy schedule. Loved the BuilderTrend Calendar which kept us informed and showed us each day who was coming into our house and what was being done. We recently hired Planit Builders to finish our basement and had a wonderful experience start to finish. We wanted to develop our basement and our friend recommended PLANiT Builders, as they had a positive experience with their garage development. We could not have been more happy with the level of service, workmanship and professionalism that we received from PLANiT Builders, right from the beginning all the way through to completion. Our site supervisor, Mark Turco, was fantastic - always easy to get a hold of, kept us in the loop daily and got the job completed. Our basement looks awesome! As well, we were fortunate to have our basement completed ahead of schedule.
