    Windows

    Did very good job . Very professional and finishing time was wonderful. Workers were nice polite . And no mess left behind

    Replacement windows and front door

    Salesman was very knowledgeable and had all samples required to show us. The measurement team came in to remeasure. The installers arrived and were quite knowledgeable. We had six windows and front door replaced and they were finished in approx. 5 hours. Quite pleased with this company and would use them again. I still have a few more windows to do.

    Front Window

    Our front window was original from 1984. Landmark installed our new window in 2 hours, start to finish. Very happy with the new window, finally opens and closes properly.

    installation patio doors

    Installation took about 2 1/2 hours. On time and quick. Noticeable reduction in noise from highway behind house. Should be draft-free this winter.

    Living room Window

    Very high quality window and I am very pleased with it. My problem was with installer who also did measurements. After new window was in place I asked them to measure opening to make sure my custom blind would fit - opening was 1/4 inch less than my blinds ...I was upset and he said when he measured he told me they might not - that was not true. His assistant said no big deal just take them to Home Depot and have them cut down...well it was a big deal as they are very heavy and my 80 year old husband had problems taking them there. Fortunately they were able to cut 1/2 in off even though they were not purchased from Home Depot. The 7’ window should have been cleaned by the installer on the outside...we tried to squeegee it but couldn’t get some of the marks off...didn’t show when they were here as sun wasn’t shining on it. Overall, I am happy with the window, just the service.

    Windows/doors

    Used Landmark 10 years ago on our previous house without issue, this time the complete opposite. Two people were by to confirm window measurements. During manufacturing it was discovered double hung wouldn't fit so it was decided to downgrade the windows to sliders without our consent. Exterior light smashed during removal, window security locks not installed and fingerprints on the insides of the panes. Even though we stressed Covid precautions there was seemingly no steps or procedures in place. Lastly, my credit card was not accepted because apparently I was given a discount for paying by cheque which was never discussed or on the contract anywhere.

I did confirm that the exterior light that was broken due to a ladder accident was paid for by us as it was a sincere accident by the installer. The finger print was unfortunately a rare incident, it happened when it was being manufactured and we didn't notice it when it was shipped at the so we do take full responsibility, we have since been out and have replaced the door for you. As for the COVID precautions, we take the safety and health of our employees and customers very seriously. We provide the required face protection in addition to sanitation and making sure we assemble and package all orders with gloves. I will be passing this information on to our install manager to discuss with the crews as we dont take these situations lightly. We are truly sorry for your experience and hope we rectified all your concerns.     Changed all the windows (9) in my house.

    The window needed changing. I looked for local contractor I could trust. None to be had. I look a chance on Landmark on the basis of the impression left by their salesman. The company came through with flying colors despite the pandemic.

    Bedroom large window

    The men that came were very friendly..answered questions but most of all did a amazing job. Thank you so much..we are very happy with our new window

    New Windows

    We needed new windows and have found they have helped our air conditioning work better and the out door noises have decreased. I wanted slide windows, because we had cranks and they always gave us a hard time and stopped the air flow in the house.

    replace windows

    Installers were great guys and did a fantastic job, very happy with their work, no mess and mindful of flower beds
