Reply created 26 Nov 2020Hi Mike, Thanks for sharing your latest experience with Landmark Home Solutions, were very sad to hear that we dropped the ball and didn't meet your expectations. I did confirm that the exterior light that was broken due to a ladder accident was paid for by us as it was a sincere accident by the installer. The finger print was unfortunately a rare incident, it happened when it was being manufactured and we didn't notice it when it was shipped at the so we do take full responsibility, we have since been out and have replaced the door for you. As for the COVID precautions, we take the safety and health of our employees and customers very seriously. We provide the required face protection in addition to sanitation and making sure we assemble and package all orders with gloves. I will be passing this information on to our install manager to discuss with the crews as we dont take these situations lightly. We are truly sorry for your experience and hope we rectified all your concerns.
