    repair window request

    I have called at least 6X,,sent in service request 3X and I can never arrange to have my window that will not stay open on it's own repaired. I have sent pictures and copy of life time warranty. Wyatt has been so kind but of course the person (Jennifer??) is not at her desk but of course she will call me back???? This has never happened yet. I will pay for the repair if not covered but very unhappy I can not have contact for a repair. I asked for a quote and the salesman called me back within hours but of course he could not help me either. No other window companies will repair a window that they did not install.     Eavestroughs

    Good quality, expertly done, courteous installers. They were attentive, offered good advice, and finished the job in a timely manner.

    Replaced all windows.

    Landmark replaced all the windows in my home. The work was done in a professional manner. Work site was cleaned after install was completed.

    Windows

    Had old windows to be replaced and wife contacted them. They did excellent job and would recommend them to others

    Window replacement

    After Paul the salesman completed the "lifetime warranty" sales agreement, I received a follow up call from the head office to see how things went and could the installer drop by to get some measurements. I said sure and Chris dropped by in no time at all. A few weeks later I got a call that said they could do the window on the 8th of September. Unfortunately I had to later change the date and Landmark was very accommodating. After establishing a new date at the end of September, they called me and said they had an opening in August and it worked out great. Chris the installer & Rod the other installer were amazing. Very knowledgeable, professional and they did a fantastic, flawless installation. Great quality, friendly service and a happy customer. Well done to all. Dave. Moodie Drive Nepean.

    Patio door

    We are very happy with our patio door, it’s of great quality and a very solid door. We were satisfied with our sales rep, Rex to the installer. Shortly after ordering our patio door we decided to go with a new front door. Communication with the company was good as well.

    All windows replaced

    I like that fact that you can clean all windows from inside, safety clips, and you can drop the top window for circulation.

    Patio Door replacement

    Had landmark come in last year to provide a quote for a patio door, signed contract and never heard from them again, tried to chase them. Didn't get the door done. They called me back in the fall and I didn't want to do the work in the cold weather. They called me back in Spring, arranged re-measurement, ordered my door, called me back 7 weeks later to arrange installations. Installers were great, very friendly, professional job, I'm happy with the product as well. Lifetime warranty on product and labour is awesome.

    Necessary and good

    Good price for good windows. Modern design (lots of plastic) ecological insulation. Glass is top quality. Very little transfer of the outside temperature. The screens are substantial and well made. The installers were excellent. Very fast. They used a good quantity of spray foam when needed. Trim work inside and out looks great. I don't know how efficient they will be in the mid-winter but so far they are solid windows.
