    Windows

    We had windows installed. We waiting 3 months to have complete and our request for weekend service was met.

    The work that was done was very professional..the two guys that installed were very nice and cleaned everything up..over all very satisfied with the work done..

    windows

    Work was done satisfactory.Was not rushed took there time doing it to make sure it was done right.Checked it over and explained everything about the operation of the windows.Overall good job.

    Patio door replacement

    The installation was done very efficiently and the cleanup was good . I am very satisfied .

    Poor Service

    So my installation date was cancelled due to personal issues. So that was 1 day lost at work. Rescheduled for the next day. Installer cancelled because of rain. Has not rained since 8 am this morning, sun is out and another day lost at work. I now have to wait another month for installation because it seems to be my fault that I have a job and I cannot take any more time off for a job that I booked time off twice in a row. Very poor service and I will not be purchasing the rest of my windows or doors from them next year.

    I don't know what to say and this one if you mean the kitchen window that's perfect

    The work was excellent we cannot complain everything was alright they clean all the mass finish your work I don't know what else to say

    sliding door installation

    The work was done very professionally, and the installers were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They did a very good clean up job when finished also. We are very happy with the quality of the work, and the door itself.

    Front living room window

    Chris and Rodney were very professional, clean and very respectful of our property. They have a great working relationship , with extreme knowledge of the product and added humour to a very rainy day, made the installation quick and professional. They both took the time to explain what they were doing, how they would accomplish it step by step for the instalation and working of the window. Great job . THANK YOU.

    Windows in solarium

    Installed 4 window in kitchen solarium. Very efficient and cleaned up nicely. Competent and respectful.

    Windows

    Horrible experience. The installers left a huge mess and I spent over 3 hours cleaning up after they left. They were supose to clean up after them selves. I bought the windows in cash and with that said. When I met with the sales representative and we made an agreement that the installers would put a storm door in for me and he promised that was going to happen. For more then over a month the sales rep had given me false promises and the run around. I've tried to contact the company and I finally got a hold of the operations manager and he said that someone would come and put the door on and again nobody has called or showed up. So ...even the management is full of it. I strongly do not recommend this company . They are full of crap. I paid a fortune for the windows also. I have all the texts to prove this guy is a joke. Do not buy from this company. I'm so frustrated and I don't know what to do about getting my door put in.
