It is disappointing to know that you are unhappy with the way that your installation schedule has been handled. Unfortunately the first delay was due to the installer having to attend a funeral and the second due to weather. These were situations that we had no control over but we can understand the frustration these delays caused you. We wanted to get the windows installed on Sunday which is not a normal installation day but that did not work for you. We have booked another date for you and look forward to getting the windows installed. We do appreciate the importance of accommodating our customers and their schedules and we regret any hardship these delays may have caused.
