We chose Landmark because we were impressed with the product from a previous installation. However, we are thoroughly frustrated trying to get our work completed. We had a new front door, a garden door and new windows installed. All projects were late. The doors were delayed 3 times and arrived over 3 months after promised! After a year since this project started we still have outstanding issues like missing screens, broken latches, a bowed door, and more. Now Landmark isn't responding to calls or emails.

8 new windows installed on June 10, 2016. During installation we noticed 5 windows would not fully open (was hitting soffit) and asked installation to be stopped immediately until issue could be addressed. After speaking with our original salesman, we were assured the issue would be corrected and remainder of windows were installed. It is now August 3 and we are still waiting for a resolution. We have contacted the company several times and despite a manager coming out over a month ago to have a look we are still waiting for a resolution (or even a call back!!) Customer service has been horrible as everyone I speak with passes the issue to another department then we never hear back! Totally disappointed in this local company. Will never use this company again and will make sure to let everyone know about it!!

We ordered a new door + side lite and the overall process has been a complete nightmare. Our order was wrong multiple times before we even got the door and then on install day, it was still incorrect. We have now been waiting 2 weeks post-installation for an update on when it will be resolved and still don't have any indication. We have done significant renovations on our home and did a lot of research when selecting Landmark for our door, but this has been hands-down the worst experience to-date. The product is great, but the service has been absolutely horrible.

I had several window and door companies out to give us a quote, but in the end, we decided to go with Landmark because of the sales rep Paul in the Lambton chatham-kent area. He was very thorough going over there products and the process, plus he always kept in contact with us, even after there were installed, just making sure we were happy. The windows and doors look fantastic, and really cut down the heat in the home on the sunny days. Choosing the right company to replace my windows and doors became really stressful but I'm glad I went with Landmark, BUT I'm even gladder I'll never have to replace them again with there lifetime warrany!!! I would high recommend Landmark home solutions to eveyone.

Landmark Windows provided beautiful windows with an exceptional installer (Peter Unger). We are so pleased with the finished product and the installation was professional, hassle free and on time. An overall pleasant experience.

After having this company replace 5 windows 2 years ago, we asked them to replace a bathroom window and to install a large bow window in our living room. Both times we have been impressed by the level of professionalism and great workmanship. Not only that, but the installers were all most pleasant and courteous. We would recommend Landmark to anyone!

They where in and out very fast and efficient. windows look great, installer was a great guy, very clean, and did a great job on the windows. I would use them again for sure!!!!

All windows were replaced with inserts as well as a patio door replacement. The installer Chris Lacoste and his coworker were very professional and polite. Windows look great. Thank you
