    Windows

    FEBRUARY 9 2022 UPDATE Ever since these windows were installed in November of 2011 we have had nothing but problems. October 2021, a service tech came to our house to determine that yes indeed, cranks on all windows need to be replaced. It is now February 9, 2022. I have had to repeatedly follow up via email with their service department about WHEN service will be completed on our windows. Excuse after excuse is given as to why service is not complete this time. Finally, January 20 a tech arrives at our house to install the new cranks in my windows. Ooops! The service department at Landmark sent the wrong cranks with him. Off he goes with a promise that he would be back end of January. To this day, cranks have not been installed and my emails go unanswered. PLEASE consumers, DO NOT buy windows from this company. You will regret it after numerous no shows, empty promises, faulty product, shoddy installation, etc. The list goes on an on. For me 11 years now. 9 windows installed by Landmark Home Solutions in 2011. 7 windows have to be replaced because of poor installation and incorrect windows installed. Screen on a window has to be replaced because it is too small and falls out. Casing on outside of windows had to be replaced because of poor workmanship. We are still waiting for the final window and its casing and screen to be replaced. Landmark will not call you-EVER. Repeatedly, I leave messages for someone to call me with status and never get a response. Repeatedly, Landmark promises installation dates and doesn't call or show up at scheduled time. Repeatedly, I have been so disappointed with this company that I wish I had never hired them 6 years ago. If I could give them negative stars I would.

    Windows and installation

    We love our new windows and the crew that came to install them were super considering the weather (cold & snowy) . They installed all four windows (one at a time to keep the house warm) in a matter of approximately 2 1/2 hrs. very professional!!

    Excellent

    Friendly, timely and professional. I would highly recommend Landmark. The windows are beautiful and were installed a month earlier than we expected.

    Windows

    Windows were installed on a cold winter's day. The men were totally wonderful and took their shoes off at the door every time they went back and forth to the van. They covered my sink and taps and put a cloth on the floor to minimize scraps getting spread around the house. They did a good job of cleaning up after with a shop vac. They did each window one by one and were done much faster then I expected. I am very happy with my lovely new windows and, because they are triple-pane, I no longer hear the trucks on the highway, an added bonus!

    Front Door & 2 replacement windows

    Great customer service. Amazing quality of products. You definitely get what you pay for. Very hapoy with the end result

    Installing new windows

    Called to make the appointment. Reminder the day of installation. Called to say they would be here in a half hour. Arrived and got to work immediately. Finished very quickly and left the area spotless. They were Covid conscious throughout.

    Windows

    Windows in Stoney Creek

    Had windows and sliding door replaced. Screwed up measurements on front window another 4 weeks of waiting. Was lured with the promise of some compensation for the inconvenience but that was all a non truth and still some spray foam insulation on the flashing around my new sliding door after i was promised it would be removed I would think twice before I use them for the rest of my project

    WIndow & Doors install

    Door/ window Leaking, window frame incomplete. Reported issues with email, received F/U email saying someone would get in touch with me for repairs ... also sent pictures, no followup. Still not resolved They took old windows and doors after being told not to take them. Was told staff were sick and getting COVID test, then they showed up to pick up their supplies.... This was a huge concern. Still have some of our old storm window frames in out trees. Once they were asked on second day again not to take they left where they fell..

    Windows and a door replaced

    Windows and a door replaced yesterday. Workers came early and were very quick with the removal and install. Checked everything over before they were done and all looks great. Windows so clean and clear could hardly tell if there was glass in the frame. Caulking and seals all good. Great job.
