Compliments to Bosco having Menon B. on their Sales Team. Menon was very thorough, professional, and patient. i Appreciated most that Menon took time to explain well and having to repeat.... Kevin, the Bosco service technician, was great. He was very thorough with the inspection. He even opened up the plenum above the furnace to check the heat exchanger. He also used a boroscope to check within the heat exchanger as well. Quite impressive. Finally, he used an analyzer to check the efficiency of the furnace as well as checking for carbon monoxide. Great service and great technician. I highly recommend.

Camilo came out to fix problem under sink. He did the work very quickly and left everything clean and tidy. He was very friendly and explained everything he had to do to me. I was very satisfied with Camilo

We had a kitchen sink which wouldn't drain. We called Bosco, who sent a technician. The technician looked at the drain, and concluded that the pipe had to be "snaked". Unfortunately, the technician wasn't able to solve the issue, but still charged us $500. When we contacted the company in the following days, they apologized, offered to send another technician and refunded the entire $500. Satisfaction is guaranteed with Bosco.

I called and they came the next day, the tech (Mike Roach) was very courteous and very professional. A great job and quality workmanship was performed and Mike was very helpful. I definitely will recommend these professionals to all who need there services.

Ravi came and tried to charge $300 for a drain snake. $93 offer on website was only for main drain, not shower (!) he said - very unhelpful. Called BOSCO to get deal they said $99. Then he couldn't snake my drain and tried to charge me though he did NOTHING. Had to call bosco multiple times to get it sorted. Result: Had to pay $56 for the call, lots of hassle and headache to protect myself as a consumer. In the end, they offered to refund the service charge and give me a $100 credit, so kudos for that. They definitely stepped up to solve the problem, and now that they have I am satisfied.

Our 2nd floor shower drain backed up and could not be dealt with using residential products. Tony stopped by early am to assist with the problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable and happy to rectify the problem. Tony explained what he would do, including laying protective coverings and reaffirmed the cost involved. Within the half hour, our problem was solved and our shower stall was completely cleaned, with all waste removed. Tony explained the bill to us and having been completely satisfied we paid the bill and he was on to the next customer. Wow..Tony was fast, friendly, efficient and effective!! I felt very comfortable with Tony and believe that his honesty and integrity was note worthy. I would recommend Tony to others and know that I am in good hands with Tony should another situation occur. Thanks Tony for getting our flow back on track!!

After having a leak in my drain stack resolved satisfactorily, a day or so later it was leaking again. A technician, Tony, was sent out the next day and after a thorough check finally found that there was a crack in one of my pipes. He persisted until he found where the leak was. Where it was located was in a very difficult area, however, Tony worked diligently and my problem is now solved. I am very appreciative of the time spent in locating and solving the problem.

Sumeet did a wonderful job arrived on time worked efficiently cleaned up - you would never know he had been here And, my dog thought he was pretty special - my dog doesn't like everyone !

Bosco provided a great experience from evaluation to completion. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. Chris and Kevin took great care of everything and exceeded our expectations. The installation was quick, very neat and of high quality. Thank you for making the whole experience painless and stress free.
