    Plumbing Services

    I called Bosco Home Services before 11:00am and they had someone come to the house the same day. Given a window of 11-2 with a call 1/2 hour before technician arrived. You do not have to waste a day waiting for a service technician. That is just the beginning of their great service. Then Brandon our technician arrived. He was fast and knowledgeable. He gave his suggestions, fixed our plumbing problems and gave us helpful advice. I would definitely use Bosco Home Services again for all our plumbing needs.

    Leak Detection

    No evidence of a leak other than a faint sound of running water in a basement bathroom (and a large water bill 2 months later!!!!). My regular plumber said he didn't have leak detection equipment. I called Bosco. Mike couldn't have been more polite or careful. From the booties at the door to explaining everything thoroughly. He was able to isolate the leak with minimal cutting. They spent the better part of the day identifying and isolating the problem. I was very satisfied with the cost of this specialized service. I wish I could afford to use them as my regular plumbers - they are far too expensive for regular day to day items. However for challenging situations there is no one better than Bosco Plumbing. This is the second time I've used the company. Last time it was to replace the drains from the house to the septic.

    Furnace + AC

    My furnace broke down this winter - Bosco was very easy to deal with and sent a service representative immediately. I was impressed with their flexibility and commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite being in a jam with my furnace out in the middle of winter I found the prices to be very competitive and the advice given by the representatives was fair and reasonable. I would definitely use Bosco again for this service.

    Plumbing issue

    I called Bosco on an issue I thought might be drain related. Mike Burns was there within the hour and did a very thorough job trying to identify the problem, which turned out to be something quite different. He pointed me in the right direction and we are now moving forward to sloving the problem. This was our second experience with Bosco, and we are very impressed with their courtesy, service and professionalism.

    Hot water Recirc and primers

    I renovated an 8000sq/ft home a year ago. It has 7 Baths and had hot water recirc put in. It did not work properly and was very annoying, as I did not want to wait 5 minutes to get hot water to the master bath. And of course, the original plumber could not be found. Mike Burns came in and we went through the system and he suggested that we have one pump push the water and another pull the water back to the heater. Makes sense. It was too large of a home to push the hot all the way through the house. He left a short time ago and all of the baths have hot water instantly. On top of the great plumbing, he was a really wonderful guy who was so polite, respectful of keeping my home clean and a pleasure to be around !!!!! I will be calling Bosco for all of my needs in the future. If this is their business model, then they have a very bright future !!!!!! Thanks to Mike for making something I thought would be a Huge ordeal and turning it into something easy.

    Mike provide great insight and knowledge, will deal with Bosco again, he was on time and was able to assist and provide inforamtion for future work We thank Mike for his promt attention to our situation

    Plumbing

    Bosco provided exceptional service as always. Called to let us know the driver was an hour away, showed up at the house an hour later, 3 minutes before scheduled time. Staff (Mike) was very friendly and knowledgeable, provided a written estimate prior to work and fixed our problem for the agreed estimate. We are regular customers and will remain due to the excellent customer service.

    furnace replacement

    STAY AWAY FROM BOSCO... I had a service call for our furnace that wasn't working properly. Tech from Bosco came in and listed off four things he believed were wrong and suggested we replace our furnace. In a panic we agreed to it, but thanks to our quick thinking neighbour we got a 2nd & 3rd opinion from 2 independant contractors whio agreed they were not truthful to us. In the end, all we needed done was cleaning a clogged pipe in our furnace . Thanks to our neighbour and the other contractor, we saved 5300. Everything Bosco told me was not correct

    Install humidifier

    A simple install took 3 days. The first tech wrongly wired it causing the furnace to blow a fuse. He then installed a faulty transformer. He said everything was good to go, but the humidifier was not working. They sent another tech who fixed the problem the way it should have been the first time. Unfortunately after he left the condenser pump started leaking, he came back but was told by his manager that he had to go to another job leaving me high and dry with the condenser pump running and overheating. I had already left 2 messages for a manager to call me back and never got a call back. I scheduled a return of the tech, the next day a 9am but he never showed. when I called the office i was told he had not been authorized by the owner Roberto, to come out, no appologies to me, no returns of my calls. I was so upset and angry, i insisted that the owner contact me ,again no calls back. Eventually the tech was dispatched and he was very professional and took the time to fix the job as he could have done the day before. 3 days to fix a simple job and 3 days of stress and anxiety for me not too mention lossed wages for 3 days I have written a letter to the president of Bosco They say 100% satisfaction or you don't pay. They're slogan is How can we put a smile on your face to-day" Well I am still not smiling, and it is going to take more than empty promises to make me smile again or use their service again.

    Find and stop Water Leak

    Was unable to find of water leak as no signs only noise. Daniel diagnosed problem Quickly explained process to us and completed work quickly and efficiently. Will have future work done by him again.
